The technicians at NEAS were very thorough and knowledgeable and explained what they were doing as they completed their work and gave additional information about what to look for and do if my heating system malfunctioned.

Repaired HVAC quickly in the middle of the winter. Took the time to explain the components of the HVAC system and how it works. Very knowledgeable and professional.

They were very professional and knew what they were talking about. Very informative and answered all my questions without hesitation. Offer payment plan options for service contracts which is nice.

Had an appointment and received a call one day in advance they had to cancel. When asked for a new date, quotr “we can reschedule in the fall or (five (5) months later!!).
