I was a client for many years to do yearly maintenance. This year however, I had an issue and found out the hard way there is no emergency, after hours, weekend technicians available during a heat wave. I did pay for a service call and it was fixed but only for an hour. I called back (Friday at 4:00 pm) no one could come back I was told. Thankfully,the problem was fixed by calling a new vendor that night. Without me asking, I was refunded (notified by email) the service charge was reversed. So FYI when you need your air on and working ASAP you may be disappointed.

New England Air Systems has given me the best service at any HVAC company so far. I was given service right away, and everything was fixed to perfection. I defineltey would recommend this company for any service that anyone intends for themselves. Don't waste your time calling any one else they have your back!

Highly recommended, professional, knowledgeable and courteous team! They recommended I install a humidifier to my heat pump unit and it was the best recommendation, the house is very comfortable during the winter! Kudos for Carlos, Bob and Lisa!

Carlos and Bob recently installed a Lennox heat pump at our condo in Danbury. They were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, kind and thorough. My elderly mother had previously been sold a product from a competitor that only lasted 5 years. In comparison NEAS, IE Carlos and Bob, deserve more than 5 stars.

This place is okay IF you happen to call them during work hours, or if you happen to have a 'contract' with them. Otherwise, as far as they're concerned, you can freeze to death. So, no, thank you, you have just lost business with your 'contract' approach. And you probably should not count on new customers either, or, only until time when they need you in 'emergency' hours.

Most professional men to service. This was a second attempt to attack a problem I had. They noticed within minutes problem with system other similar business missed!! Would recommend Carlos and Bob.
