These people were the only honest people that came to our house (or even called us back)! We had an issue with our external air conditioning unit, and of the 7 contractors that came, they were the only people who did not recommend replacing both units at a cost of $15,000+. They were willing to try a smaller fix, that was less than $1,000 first, and credit us that cost if it did not work out. About 1.5 months in, and the AC units are working fine. Nice to know that these guys are honest and thorough enough to explore all the solutions without offering the big ticket item.

Thank you Carlos!! He diagnosed the problem with my heating system very quickly and it was fixed it promptly. Highly professional, extremely courteous and a pleasure to have worked in my home. I highly recommend NEAS

Used them for the first time on 1/21/2019. Both guys are very nice and courteous. Explained everything in details and helped us out as much as they can. Due to defective wiring they were able to do a temp fix. Called today and Carlos came to the phone and explained everything again and is coming out to fix the problem once the part comes in. Honestly I couldn't be happier because they were honest and very helpful. Will continue to have my services done with them! Highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with NEAS. The woman who took my call and scheduled my appointment was very courteous and helpful. The service techs arrived on time, were friendly and knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue promptly and repaired it on the spot. I was very comfortable having them working in my home. Highly recommend this company!

We met with several companies to replace our 22 year old HVAC system. New England Air Systems provided the most comprehensive information / proposal and a competitive price. The installation was done in one day and included a Thermal Pride furnace, Lennox air conditioner condenser and an external air intake system. More than happy and would recommend to anyone.

I was so happy with their service, from estimate to installation. Lisa, who runs the office, could not have been more kind. When I screwed up the thermostat, Lisa personally called my teenage daughter (while I was at work and dreading a hot night) and brainstormed with her! Very reasonable with best customer service out there!

Thank you so much! During the busiest most humid time my AC broke. NE Air was at my house diagnosed problem and fixed it within a weeks time. (And that included time to order the motor). They were very professional especially during this time of covid. I highly recommend them. Thank you AGAIN

We had a ductless HVAC system installed. Carlos and their whole team were very responsive and helpful. Very enjoyable working with them and I definitely would recommend them.

    POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is a very small company which consist of the owner Robert Buzzeo, his office manager Lisa Hughes and a few other employees. The customer service that they provided after the initial installation was very poor. I purchased the system in May of 2016 and paid them in full on 6/16/2016 $8,258.49 of which $7,727.65 was for the Heat Pump and Air Handler System. On 4/26/2017 I called NEAS to schedule my annual service. They refused to provide service on my new system and told me to go somewhere else.

History of Service with NEAS: After I paid them in full, within the first few months my system was making a loud banging noise. I called NEAS and Lisa answered the phone. She has poor customer service skills. Lisa tried to tell me on the phone that my system was working just fine, because I could run it on emergency mode and leave it that way forever. She acted like it was not a problem that I had a loud banging noise with my outdoor condenser because she insisted I didn't need the outdoor condenser. Although, technically I could run my system on 100% electric it is not cost efficient and it is certainly not what I expected when I bought this particular unit for the price that I paid. After several months of waiting and several phone calls, my system was fixed. Then on 4/26/2017 (within the first year) I called to set up my annual service appointment and Lisa answered the phone. I could tell on the phone that she didn't want to service my system and she gave me the run around. She didn't come right out and tell me on the phone that she would not service my equipment but she told me she was sure that the manufacture had to service my equipment under the contract. I told her that I didn't have any arrangement with the manufacturer for service. She was sure that I did. She told me she was booked up and could not get me in. I asked her when her first available appointment was and she said maybe late June. I told her that was fine. I asked her how much did it cost and she said $150. I told her that was fine. Then I said I will call the manufacture to double check what she had told me and call her back if I didn't have a service agreement with them. I called the manufacture and was told that they never service the units themselves under any of their contracts and that I needed to have my dealer (NEAS) service it. I called Lisa back and she didn't answer so I left her a message that my friend was trying to call them and set up an appointment for my Spring and Winter cleaning. I asked her to please schedule a date with him and that he would be flexible to accommodate their schedule. I told her I would take the June date and I wanted to schedule my winter appointment at the same time. I got my friend involved because he is an Architect and he works with contractors all day long. Also, I felt that Lisa was giving me the run around. Lisa called my friend and she told him that they had a meeting and they decided that I was too difficult to work with and they would NOT service my equipment. I discovered that Lisa has done this to another customer and there is a complaint filed with the BBB.

Due to the lack of providing annual service on their own installations, I can not recommend NEAS.

I would also like to note that as I am writing this I noticed that there was one other review with 5 stars. The name of the person who posted that review is Lisa Hughes. I would not be at all surprised if it is the same Lisa Hughes who has been the office manager over the last 10+ years for NEAS.
