    We used NEAS for a split system ductless ac installation. From the initial consultation Carlos was so professional and offered great solutions. At time of install, Bob and Carlos did an outstanding and professional job. They installed the system better than expected. These guys are real professionals, would highly recommend them.

    We had a failed furnace and needed a new one installed. From the first phone call I made to New England Air Systems to the moment they finished the install, I felt comfortable knowing my home and my heating needs were in good hands. When you call, a woman named Lisa answers the phone and is compassionate, patient, kind and knowledgeable about what needs to be done; she is quick and efficient at her job also and you do not find this type of customer service these days.

    From here, Carlos and Bob come out to your house to inspect the job. From the moment they walked in I felt confident in their professionalism and knowledge. They make a great team! I say this because each one brings something to the work table and they compliment each other which shows in the outcome of their work! I can't thank them enough for getting our new furnace installed within a few days of the inspection! It was the day before Thanksgiving and the weather was just turning to bitter cold! Thank you Lisa, Carlos and Bob, great team work! God Bless you! I recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs! They know what they are doing!

    Carlos came to my home the same day I called , while Ct was in an extreme heatwave and he was extremely busy that day.
    He was thorough and very helpful. He called later to check on the A/C and gave my son and I updates to what needs to be done yearly to keep it working properly.
    The A/C company that I used last year couldn’t get to us until the following week.
    Because of their service and professionalism , I am going to sign up for a yearly account with them.

    Carlos and Bob are top notch. I called NEAS after buying a new house with a very old HVAC system. I wanted someone to go through the old AC units and see if they could be salvaged or not. These guys took their time, showed me everything they found and explained it to me. I asked questions and they answered everything thoroughly. I knew I had to replace the condensers and went with NEAS simply because of how they treated me (yes, I called other companies). These guys care, plain and simple. I've had them out multiple times to help me with different HVAC issues and every time, they find the answer. NEAS is my "go to" when it comes to anything HVAC related. Carlos and Bob know their customers, remember you and make sure you're 100% satisfied.
    I've dealt with other HVAC companies in the past and have had mixed experiences and widely different pricing. NEAS never tried to sell me anything or push me in one direction. Instead, they gave me options, showed me the price difference, and even weighed in when I asked. Funny thing was, they didn't push the more expensive option; instead they actually swore by the more affordable option. I'm beyond satisfied with this company and will continue to use them.

    My first experience with NEAS several months ago was overall very good. Carlos provided good communication and follow up. However, I was provided with a $300+ estimate for part and repair even though Carlos was not completely sure that the part would resolve my heat pump defrosting issue. Approximately 40 days ago I tried to follow up by phone with Carlos with additional information. Carlos took me short and said he would call me back. I never heard from him. I sent an email to NEAS this week and as of this writing I received no response to my email. Perhaps they don't need my business because they are making more money off others. In my line of work all clients are valuable regarding of how much they are spending.

    UPDATE: Carlos called me today, 7/2, after my review was posted. I thought he was calling to discuss my issue. Rather than apologize and try to rectify the situation with good customer service, instead he called to yell at me over the phone about posting a bad review. His tone was angry, hostile, rude and unprofessional. He claimed that he gets 30 calls a day and that his focus has been on those with service contracts and those without AC. He told me that I had AC (ie- so I can wait). His conduct and statements affirmed my opinion that I was not an important or a valued customer and people like me take the back burner. He ended the ranting at me by saying that he no longer wanted me as a customer.

    Over the past 15+ years, I've always been impressed with how knowledgeable, professional, talented and most importantly, how honest the technicians with NEAS have been and how they've been able to keep my >20 yr old central AC system running smoothly. I trust them to tell me what the issue is and the best, most cost effective way to fix it.
    Recently during the hottest day in July, my system stopped working- the compressor fan was not turning in the outdoor unit, making a harsh sound, and the unit was getting overly hot. Fortunately, even during the busiest time of year for them, after emailing the office, I was able to speak with Carlos the very next day, who couldn't get to my house right away but talked me through some questions that helped him to make a diagnosis. He also had me send him a short video of what the unit was doing. He was able to come by the house the next day (even though it was a Saturday) and evaluate the system, and it turned out that he was right and it was a failed capacitor, which fortunately was easily (and fairly cheaply) replaced. Hopefully the system will make it until the Fall when I will have NEAS come back and replace the system with a more efficient and more reliable unit. NEAS told me that if my unit had been unable to be repaired, they do set aside some days for new installations, unlike some other HVAC companies in the area. I highly recommend NEAS for all your HVAC needs.

    We recently replaced an air handler and air conditioner unit. NE Air, Bob and Carlos were the ones that came out to give the estimate then were the ones to complete the repairs. The initial quote we were given included references and their insurance certificate with license number. (They were the only company out of four to do this without us asking) Between Bob, Carlos and Lisa in the office every question we had was answered quickly and thoroughly. From start to finish they were knowledgeable, efficient, polite and used quality replacement products. We highly recommend this business.
