Cromwell Energy has installed three air conditioning systems and 2 oil burners for me over the last 20 years in the three homes I have owned. They professionally review product and installation options, schedule the project, and complete the service on time in a neat and clean manner.... at a reasonable cost. I will call on them again if I need heating, air conditioning or generator services for my home.

Cromwell Energy is a great company to do business with. I am a landlord with multiple buildings and they came right out and replaced several boilers in middle of cold snap this winter. My current HVAC company at the time could not come out for a week. I called Cromwell Energy and spoke with Lou the owner and the boiler was installed the next morning. Several weeks later they replaced another boiler for me with the same excellent service. They also came right out for repairs on other HVAC systems. Their prices are very fair and their work is excellent. I have been very happy with all their work performed

Cromwell Energy installed a high efficiency boiler and indirect water heater. They also patched a damaged pipe and created an additional heat zone. The installation process was quick (1 day) and looks great! I met about five (5) of the employees, all of them were professional and had a sense of humor. Unlike other contractors, Cromwell Energy met their commitments and ensured everything was installed / configured to my satisfaction.

He went through every possible outcome and even helped me evaluate some of my other assessments and what questions I should ask those contractors!

From my first meeting with Lou to the project completion, I was extremely impressed with all aspects of the job. They were patient and informative when asked questions, and did everything they could to ensure my complete satisfaction with the project. If I could do 10 stars I would. What an amazing service team they have at Cromwell Energy. I called based on a referral because my current service provider could not support and resolve the problem. Knowing I was without heat, Cromwell Energy came out the next day assessed the situation and attempted to locate the part. The following morning, Lou followed up with me informing me the part will not be available for some time but he had a creative solution to fix the system with some universal parts and get my family out of the cold. It was a success and my heat jumped from 51 degrees to 68 degrees in no time.

Called today to have my heating system checked out, since 4 out of 5 zones in my home weren't heating. The job was DONE less than three hours later. Amazing turnaround. Friendly service all around, and everything was repaired at a reasonable cost. I am blown away. I recommend Cromwell Energy very highly!
