At first everything seemed normal when Steve showed up in his truck with all the necessary tools and equipment for the AC wall unit install that was going above my beautiful new flat screen.... so I left him to it, and took my son out to visit a local farm to learn about the animals. Then I came home earlier than advertised, and found Steve in a pink and white checkered frilly apron in my unbelievably messy kitchen baking like 13 different types of cookies. What is worse is when he turned around and I saw he was only wearing cartoon superman undies. He proceeded to tell me making some cookies was the least he could do for me after enjoying the best nap of his life in my bed.... all this while I stared bewildered at a hole in my wall, and the AC unit on the floor. He told me even though he can bench press a truck he needed help getting the new unit into place, so a friend was almost there. Just when I thought I couldn't be more confused, this guy shows up on the biggest motorcycle I have ever seen wearing a replica batman helmet and cape. Obviously these two were obsessive comic book fan boys so I tried not to judge. It became a little more difficult when they started arguing who was stronger (superman or batman, referring to themselves) and started throwing each other around the backyard. My 2 year old found it hilarious, I was wondering if the unit would be installed by Christmas. As they got back to work, Super Steve asked what I was making for dinner, and implied how much they would love a filet and lobster tail surf and turf. He also let me know where to run out and buy the food from if I didn't have such things laying around. Justifying to myself, my wife, son and I were getting dinner and a show, I made dinner. We hadn't even made it through the cocktail shrimp (batman's suggestion) when Super Steve asked my wife if he could call her Lois....not even close to her real name. Now becoming a little frustrated with mister muscles trying to become my wife's superman, I became distracted enough to miss the fact that Batman has my son on his monster motorcycle. When I confronted him in the driveway, all he kept saying was, "I am batman," in this low throaty voice. Anyway, to make a long story short, they installed the unit in only a couple hours, everything was cleaned spotless, taught me how every detail of the unit and its control worked, were extremely professional and kind, I will never use anyone else again for HVAC related work, and give the highest recommendation to use Rebel for any of your needs.

Steve was super professional and honest, he walked us though every step of what he was doing and was honest from the start. We are more than happy with the service and will definitely be using them again!!!!

I had been having trouble with my AC, not cooling. Steve knew exactly what the problem was and came very early in the am to replace the part, as we were having very hot weather. He was honest, prompt and very professional. I highly recommend this company.
