My dad lives in an older mobile home and unfortunately experiences some issues with frozen pipes when temps drop like they did in December. This company shows up, without fail, every time. They do such a wonderful job and are always pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend these guys!

Our pilot assembly broke on the water heater and I couldn't get the right part before going on a business trip. I called JN and told them exactly what the issue was, what needed to be done to solve it, but they refused to give a quote. They sent someone to the house, where they quoted me $800 for 30 minutes installing a $70 part. I have an ivy grad degree, work in finance for a coastal firm, and don't make anything near that hourly! He then told me that if there was additional work, it might be a $1500 bill, but--surprise!!--they could install a new unit for not too much more than that. And they were ready to do so on the spot.

Long story short, they are going to try to get you to buy new equipment so they can make $$x10.

Isaiah and Joshua were both out to my house for a cleaning from the house to the sewer. Isaiah did the cleanout work, and was absolutely great. Friendly and professional.

Joshua came out to run a scope down the line, and show me what the issues are on the line. He identified the problem areas, and showed them to me on the system. He provided me a recording of the scope, and created no pressure to have to act immediately on it, or do any kind of more expensive action afterwards. It was refreshing to be in a no pressure environment when dealing with a repair team. Just clear information, and what I could expect moving forward.

Ben Dearborn is very professional and knowledgeable. Answered every question we asked. He fixed our sump pump. Would definitely recommend the company.

We had concerns for a leak in the gas plumbing to our oven and they had a person available to come over right away and went above and beyond to make sure there were no leaks in our system. They were super nice and professional on the phone and in person. Highly recommend!

Water leak under kitchen sink. Yep now I know how many times we use a day. Josh came out and fixed our leak, explaining what he was doing and why as he did. Thank you for the prompt fix and great service.

If I could give 6 stars I would.

Not only was I contacted within 10 minutes of requesting service, the rep I spoke with was incredibly nice and said he would get someone over to me during the first window the next day.

Our issue was a clogged main line with lots of backup that flowed up into multiple rooms on the main floor as well as a toilet that we were unable to successfully reset and replace ourselves (without leaking when flushed). The issue got worse overnight and I called back to the office in the morning. The rep, Dennis, told me he would talk with the technicians and do all he could to get someone headed my way soon. Five minutes later I got a call that the tech was on his way. Go Dennis!

A great first impression of the company and many props to Dennis in the office. Nolan really helped pull this review up to the 5 stars. He went way past above and beyond. He was a very polite and kind human and very patient in explaining the work he would do, the issues that were found (and he found many). He also patiently waited as I relayed the scope of work to my partner- we go 50/50 on all the work done in the house and I wanted to ensure he was kept fully in the loop while he worked from his company office. Throughout the day Nolan never wavered on his kindness, professionalism and patience - I also asked a lot of questions and he never made me feel rushed, embarrassed or bothersome.

Nolan would check in regularly on how things were going, what he was working on and what was up next. The previous homeowners diy’d a lot of the plumbing work and there were many issues. Before doing anything that deviated from a previous discussion regarding scope of work, Nolan would explain the new issue he found, his suggested remedy and he would wait patiently for direction to proceed or not.

With all the additional work that was being done, there was reasonable and understandable concern it would affect our total amount due at the end of the project. Professional plumbing work is important and can be very expensive. Nolan and I had discussed an estimate before any work began (and before any of the additional problems had been discovered). At one point, I requested he not do the additional work suggested at the time due to various factors, one being the cost, and at that point we discussed a reduced estimate based on several circumstances. Despite all the additional issues found, time spent on this project and extra tasks, Nolan stuck to that discussed estimate and that was what we paid at the end. We also have a 2 year warranty on the things he fixed which is really awesome and an ease of mind.

We were very grateful for that payment piece but mostly all of the incredibly hard work done by Nolan. He did much more work than I’m sure he planned on doing but he did fabulous, stayed ever optimistic and conducted many post-work checks to ensure everything was set before he left.

He really did go farther than above and beyond and we couldn’t be more grateful he was our technician for this issue. We will call for him specifically in the future if/when another issue arises that can be fixed by professional plumbing.

My experience with this team has been great, and during a stressful time because a pipe started leaking into my basement. From a thorough and honest diagnosis, to really great attention to detail by the plumber (Abram) doing the work, I feel I was well taken care of. Abram was highly professional in communication and respectful of my property. And their team was patient in my requests to details estimates as needed for insurance. coverage, which can be a true pain... I would recommend them for sure. All their office admins are super friendly and caring, Dennis stood out the most, he's fantastic with customer care.
