Tom and his associate were early and diagnosed my problem within a few minutes. They had the part on the truck and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend them again.

The service tech, Dylan, came to do an annual check on our A/C and heating maintenance. He was so wonderful in explaining how our systems work for us. He gave us an A+ in that we are taking care of our system well between visits for checking the system. He was also kind enough to call a let us know when his arrival time would be. We will always use One Hour for our services.

The young lady I spoke with was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! She got us scheduled same day the gentleman was super friendly, prompt and professional; they came same day to help us with our AC it was definitely a must when you have small kids too hot to sleep thank you for everything we are very pleased with this company and would recommend to everyone
