One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Justin was amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable. Was called out on a Saturday due to furnace Not working. He diagnosed the motherboard and said he'll be back 1st thing Monday morning as the stor that sells it isn't open till then. He was here before 10 AM and we had heat again.

The young man was clean & presentable.
Polite & very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was needed & gave me choices of what needed to be done. I am comfortable with all his workmanship. Thank you.

Awesome service! Very responsive. Drove 90 minutes to complete the repair. Brought the parts they thought they’d need and were able to complete the repair without a second trip.

Tom came and fixed a wire that had not been reconnected, prompt , polite and very courteous. great service like always!!!
