Our A/C went down a couple of days ago. My wife called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and they sent Tom over the same afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and explained our options. Long story short, by the next day they had the part we needed and Tom returned and got our A/C back up and running. We’re very pleased with Tom and the service One Hour provided.
