We chose Tri-City over several other businesses in NoCo due to their reputation, their positive, no-pressure initial contact, and their more than competitive estimate for our needs. The professionalism and care for their clients was evident from our first phone call through the selection process and installation of our new system. We were very impressed with the time and consideration that each and every employee we worked with took to educate us and address any concerns we had with patience and a smile. These folks are great and we'd highly recommend them.

Tri City just installed a new furnace, AC, steam humidifier, and a new thermostat-an entire new system. I received bids from 2 other HVAC companies in the area and sent these to a good friend of mine who owns an HVAC company in another state. He carefully reviewed the bids and told me without hesitation that Darin at Tri City had put together the best bid; not referring only to price but to the understandable and professional quality of the bid. This was a large job and Tri City sent enough personnel (at one point I think 4 trucks and over 8 individuals were on site) to complete by 3pm. Everyone I interacted with was competent, courteous, and very helpful-especially Melvin who originally came here to evaluate & explain furnace/AV options. He was also one of the installation team, and at the end of installation explained how to operate the system. I highly recommend this company!

Tri City HVAC just installed a second furnace and A/C for me. The first unit they installed was done last year on a rental house that we own. We were so impressed by the system, professionalism, and quality, when we realized it was time for a new system in our home, we went back to Tri City. The owner Darin again helped me through the process of choosing the best system for our home and took care of all of the rebates from Xcel and Carrier. On installation day, Branden and his crew did another great job installing everything. Tri City came recommended to me by a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Our AC stopped working the second day of what is forecasted to be a week long stretch of 90°+ days. I got the number for TriCity from a neighbor friend, called and left a message on a Saturday afternoon and received a call back within minutes. Mel sent his partner out, who arrived right on time an hour later. Brandon was polite, professional, and got down to assessing the issue right away. He had diagnosed and fixed the issue within the hour and only charged for the emergency after hours labor, no additional materials charges and unlike a lot of companies, didn’t try to sell me any additional services or appliance updates. We will definitely be calling these guys again with any hvac problems in the future!

Honest, reliable, professional and true masters of their craft. We had an exceptional experience with Tri-City heating and air. Darin and his crew showed on time (actually a little early) for an estimate to replace our AC and Furnace with a more efficient system. He answered all of our questions and was patient in the months to follow as we got our concrete prepped for relocation of our AC unit. On the day of installation the crew arrived ON TIME (a little early even) and got to work. This crew was a well oiled machine and clearly took pride in their craft. Super respectful of not damaging anything, and took care removing and replacing our system. They had the old furnace dismantled and out the door within 90 minutes... and the entire new system in place within 6-7 hours! They re-did a lot of the hoses and whatnot in the basement and really tightened up the overall system so that the new furnace was actually level, and took up a lot less space. Super impressed with their work, and also at a reasonable price with great access to rebates. The system works beautifully and we are thrilled to have chosen Tri-City Heating and Air for our HVAC needs.

We've used Tri-City on several occasions in the past, always with good results. This year it was time to install a new AC and furnace. We went with Tri-City, they installed a new Carrier AC, Furnace and Thermostat. They made sure the equipment fit the needs of our house. The entire system works great! The new "Interactive" thermostat has some awesome features and is a real plus. We couldn't be happier with system and installation. I highly recommend Darin and his team at Tri-City for any and all of your heating and air-conditioning needs.

Excellent experience on the installation of a new AC. Brandon and Tyler (the installers) were very friendly and professional. Lots of attention to detail on an expert installation. The AC unit is extremely quiet and a good value. I would highly recommend Try City.

Greatly appreciate their professionalism, courtesy and excellent and meticulous service. They installed air conditioning and furnace for us. The work completed was very well done. Clean and seamless. Once done, they walked us through the whole process of what they did and the operation of air conditioning. They also picked up debris after they were done. I highly recommend them.
