Dustin was a fantastic HVAC technician. I appreciated his knowledge and easy-going personality. He let me know what my furnace needed and he gave me options on things I could start thinking about. The best part about him is that he wasn't pushy or off putting. I am very pleased with the service I received and will be calling Dustin (and Swan) for my future HVAC service needs.

We recently moved into our relatively new house. We had indications that there was substantial dry wall dust and particles in the HVAC forced air system. We contracted with Swan to do a complete cleaning for about $500.
Troy and Justin showed up right on time. However, after spending some time inspecting the system, they determined that apparently the system had already been cleaned by the previous owners. They left and did not charge us anything! We know that they could have "cleaned" it anyways and charged us but they did the ethical thing. What a pleasant surprise and great feeling we had for them and this company.

I had Swan out to my house in May 2022. I wanted a maintenance and clean of my A/C unit for summer. I also felt like it might not be running as efficiently as it should. I had Issac out to my house. While he was polite and very nice, he told me that we would need a total replacement of my a/c system. That every component was un able to function and was a total loss. I was quoted $6700. He told me this as my “not functioning” ac was running and my house was 69 degrees. He was a really great salesman. I was told that I would get an email with pictures and a detailed list of what was all wrong. I never received this email. After sleeping on the things he told me, I read all of the 1 star reviews on google. It was surprised when I was a few that mentioned the exact same tech saying the exact same things to me and had the same things happen. I decided to get a second opinion from the company I usually use to service my unit. (I tried Swan because I couldn’t remember my usual peoples name)
I said that I wanted them to come take a look, tell me what they found and give me their opinion. Guess what? My system is totally fine. It is getting older but there is absolutely NO REASON for replacement of anything. It’s totally fine. I didn’t even need it cleaned. I am disgusted with the Swan company, it’s practices and frankly the customer service via phone. I am so thankful that I got a second opinion. It saved me $6700 on a brand new system that I DIDN’T NEED. Always, always get a second opinion on things like this. Stay away from this company and don’t let anyone take advantage of you.

I scheduled Swan to correct some plumbing issues as well as HVAC issues that had to be done for the closing of this house. I had 2 different appointments schedule since they are with different technicians with plumbing vs. HVAC. I received individual emails and texts confirming each appointment. Their plumber, Mike was great and had no issue on that side. The day of my HVAC appointment, I received a confirmation email and text that the tech would be arriving that day sometime between 3:00 and 5:00. The tech never showed up or called. I started calling Swan at 4:45 that afternoon to say I haven't seen or heard from the tech. Their phones automatically put me on hold and a person never picked up. I waited 15 mins and finally hung up. The next morning I called to see why the HVAC tech never showed up and the person on the phone told me she had no record of my appointment. I let her know that I could send her copies of my confirmation emails and texts and she said there was no need to send them as there was nothing she could do at this point and that the next available time a tech could be out would be next month, approx 30 days. This did me absolutely no good since I needed these issues fixed for a closing taking place in 1 week.
Their website claims that they are locally family owned and operated. I asked this person on the phone for the owners contract information so I could let them know what had happened. She told me they were owned by a company in CA and gave me an email address for a manager in CA. That tells me that their claim of being "locally family owned and operated" is false. I took my business else where to a truly locally owned HVAC company that actually cares about their clients. I will never use or recommend Swan!
