Excellent service! Mike the Master Plumber came to do our annual plumbing check. This was extremely important to us as we just moved into a newly constructed home. Mike checked the tankless water heater, checked all of the shut off valves in the house, adjusted the toilets for proper flush and water level, and checked the gas lines for any leaks. Really great service and with a kind and easy going guy. Great experience. SWAN is the best!

Swans is a great company, home owners should check out their membership program, it is a great value! Russell my tech came out recently and did an A/C annual thorough check up. Russell is always so nice and makes sure you understand what he is going to do, but afterwards goes over everything he did and how my system is. Again peace of mind for one of your homes major systems. Thanks Swans, and thanks Russell.

Would not recommend Swan Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone. I called about a simple problem with some water leaking beneath my A/C unit, which is only 5 years old. After doing an extensive analysis, I was told I need to replace the unit or do extensive repairs ($5,000-$9,000). After I did a bit more digging and examined the drain pan a bit more, I noticed that there was some water buildup, which should have drained. I cleaned out the line myself, which cost a whopping $1.50. Haven't had a problem since. I even asked about whether the water in the pan was a problem when he came over and he just shrugged it off. "I need to do my FULL analysis before I come to any conclusions" is what he said. No Thanks! There was one thing on that dude's mind when he came in: "you need a new A/C unit." I could have simply forgotten to turn it on and he would have recommended replacement.

Had a wonderful experience with swan, very friendly, professional, excellent technician who was more than happy to answer all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend them, and hope to do business with them again. Sean (the tech whom I dealt with) is absolutely amazing!!
Update: every technician and person I have had interactions with from swan has been kind, considerate, professional, and just hands down amazing! If I need HVAC work done on ANYTHING that I own now or in the future, swan has my business! I can't say enough good.things about this company.

Had system failure on parts that should not have failed. Tech Dustin was very friendly and worked hard with Trane to make sure we did not have to pay for these failed components. Dustin went above and beyond my expectations. Integrity.

Jesus and Mateo arrived on time and very diligently replaced my AC, furnace and thermostat. They also relocated the returns on every room upstairs. They left the areas that they worked clean. They came back the next day to make sure everything was working as they should and gave me a demo of the new thermostat.
I’m very happy with their work.

Mike did our plumbing safety inspection and was very efficient and friendly. He checked everything thoroughly and was honest and up front about what he'd found. Definitely pleased with our first annual plumbing inspection with SWAN!

We replaced our a/c unit with a very expensive heat pump 3 months ago and it turns out they never actually programed the thermostat to heat pump. We figured out that the system wasn't using the heat pump and instead was only using the furnace (which defeated the purpose of upgrading) and swan has been a mess with trying to get this fixed. First of all, the office is incapable of communicating. We have called multiple times during business hours and told that the denver office was sending a message to the loveland office to call us, but we never get a call back. We managed to get them to come out twice but they can't figure out why it is not working and they left and have not come back and have not communicated about the plan going forward (this was days ago!). When we call to find out updates, we get the run around. I have tried to schedule them to come back and then I get messages that they have bumped it to the next day without them communicating with us. Our initial experience (when we had to replace the old one) was really positive when they were getting paid >10k, but now that they are having to fix what they did incorrectly the first time we are being ghosted. I will update when it is resolved, but as of right now I am not pleased and will likely need to switch companies in the future if they cannot stand by their work and actually communicate with their paying customers.

A google review doesn’t do justice to how thankful I am to Russell, the tech that came out and provided my parents with a much needed break in life. My dad has recently been diagnosed with a terminal diagnosis and between hospital bills, cars breaking down and now a faulty AC, it was a blessing from God to have someone with such a huge heart help them get back to comfort in their own home. It is so refreshing to see companies with 5 star employees with HEART. Proof that there are still great people on this Earth. We will forever recommend this company to anybody!!
