Jefferey was professional, helpful, and kind. Came over within a couple hours of calling for help, was at the start of his window to show up, and made sure we understood the situation several times by asking if we had questions and letting us write stuff down.

Sean was Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Answered my questions and helped me to understand more about our systems.

Swan technician replaced a bad solenoid valve on my humidifier. Job was done very professionally, and the new value was shown to be operating very well. An excellent response to fix a long standing problem with the humidifier.

I used Swan's free 2nd opinion service about a recently installed HVAC system in my house by a different company. Isaac arrived on time with mask & booties. He was preceded by a confirmation text & identification picture. He was able to confirm what I had suspected and pointed out additional fatal flaws of a $15K system from a top company that apparently had some new guys installing. Isaac was very helpful. Swan has an excellent way of doing business and I can believe they are the top HVAC re-installers in North Front Range of Colorado. Then they follow up to make sure the customer is happy and they did a good job. I'm impressed.

Update May, 2023 - Swan continues to be great! For their scheduled maintenance they have a very detailed checklist and they take a picture of each item measured or completed, and then go over it item by item with me at the end. I really appreciate the very complete service.

Tyler checked out my heating unit and performed yearly tune up. He was friendly, efficient and professional in working on my heating system.

Russell did a yearly furnace inspection and discovered that the humidifier was non-functional. He came back a few days later to install a new one. Both times he was on time, knew what he was doing and good at explaining to me how it all worked. I give him 5 stars for being professional as well as very personable.

We had our AC serviced which led to a new furnace. Furnace was almost 20 years old. As painful as it is to have to purchase a new furnace, we were happy with Swan! Have been using them for years.
