I had Swan install a new ac and furnace 3 years ago. They screwed up something right off the bat after installation and had to fix the ac within the first week. I was hesitant it wasn’t working correctly and that is was too small for my house, but they assured me it was fine. I do not feel it cools my house as well as my previous 15 year old unit did.
This past month my ac went out, I called Swan, but they would not honor the MANUFACTURER’S warranty I have on the unit since I did not use their service plan to service my unit. They essential black listed me and flagged my account saying they could do nothing for me.
I had 4 different techs come out, confirming my compressor was bad- the most expensive part of the unit. I had to find someone that would honor my warranty without outright paying for the unit first- took me a few tries. The company that did honor my manufacturer warranty found 2 extra pounds of refrigerant inside the unit, causing it to be overcharged and making the compressor go bad. They also confirmed I should have a 2.5 ton unit, not a 2 ton. Swan is the 100% the reason my unit went bad after such a short amount of time, the did a bad install and it has costs me thousands of dollars and weeks of discomfort for their poor job. I would highly recommend finding a different company that will honor warranties of products they sell and install.

Isaac was very professional and took the time to answer questions during our regular furnace maintenance. All of the Sawn employees I've interacted with speak highly of the company in terms of taking care of both employees and clients, specifically integrity and quality/honest service, which is not always as evident in the industry. I will also say that Isaac, much like the other Sawn employees I've met, showed up with the same high level of service, transparency and professionalism. Good people. High value .

I had a great experience with Swan! Everyone I spoke with was so nice and helpful. Tyler, our technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely be using them for any future needs.

Old AC quit on us and the July heat was miserable without it. Micah from Swan came out, quoted us a new unit, verified the unit we selected was in stock and scheduled an install for the very next day. Dan came out the following morning and by the end of the day had us back in business. Bottom line, Swan gave us a competitive quote for the job and followed it up with a professional quality install. Highly recommend these folks!

These guys installed our furnace almost 11 years ago and have taken good care of us ever since. Expertise and good value without being pushy.

We felt like we were given good advice & not pressured, so we were able to make a wise decision on our purchase. Isaac gave us good information on what was best for us. We decided to buy a new system instead of repairing our old system. Peter answered all our questions & helped us to make an informed decision on our homes best needs. Zach was very professional & got straight to work. He helped us program our Thermostat, so we didn't have to figure it out ourselves. Rick was very helpful to Zach, even though he's recovering from shoulder surgery. We truly appreciate all his help! Andy was very knowledgable & thourough in checking out our new system & getting what we needed to get our rebates. We will be using SWAN in the future for our needs & recommend them highly.
*** Edited Our heater stopped working we called Swan and within an hour Russell showed up with a smile on his face. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately put us at ease because we knew we were in good hands. He found the problem and was able to fix it in minutes. Then he explained the membership and how that would help us in the future with any need that may arise all while saving us money. He also explained about the plumbing services they now offer. So needless to say we are now members. Woot Woot!! 3 years later we are still happy with our decision. 5 star service as always!!!

Sean was absolutely GREAT!! On time, wore shoe covers in house. Cleaned a/c and installed the proper equipment. SUPER nice, SUPER knowledgeable, SUPER friendly!! Your company can’t let THIS GUY go to any other company!! He’s a keeper!! Thank you Sean for your expert service. I will ask for ONLY you from now on!!

Overall the experience was good. Everyone I talked to from Swan was friendly and helpful, and I got nice air conditioning installed.

However, it felt like the estimate/sales pitch was much more optimistic than the actual install. I was told a couple things that did not end up happening but I paid the same price, and it was not as smooth as described. I was told it’d be a single day, around 8 hours, but the poor technician came out alone and spent 10+ hours on the first day. And needed to come out a second time to finish up. Not to his fault, thinks it’s a multi person job, that is just not what I was told.

Also, for paying thousands upon thousands of dollars, and still never getting an itemized breakdown of what I am paying for is a little frustrating, I want to know what I am paying for exactly if I’m spending this much.

Overall I got what I wanted and am satisfied with what I got, just fell a little short of what the sales pitch was.

I purchased my entire HVAC system from Swan several years ago, and have absolutely no regrets. Their service is exemplary and their staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I always request Isaac to do my heating and cooling maintenance. He is very thorough and explains the system status in full detail. In addition, he is very honest, and will not indicate service is needed when it isn't. It is because of employees like Isaac that I put my faith in Swan Heating & Air to do business with.

Swan is always on time, professional, and explains things so you can understand what they did. I got texts introducing my technician (Dustin), and letting me know he was on his way. He worked quickly but thoroughly, cleaned up, and made sure I had all my questions answered. I will definitely use Swan again.
