From making the initial appointment to have our AC unit tuned up up, to realizing that our 17 year old furnace and AC units were needing to be replaced every employee interaction was phenomenal. In 4 days time we had our new furnance and AC units purchased and installed. Kristina, Dylan, Micah, Brock, and Tim are professional in every way. Answered all questions and never pushed us to make a fast decision. I would reccomend Swan Heating and Air to anyone looking for fast reliable service. I called Swan because I had originally called a different company who had to reschedule my appointment and then didn't show up for the rescheduled appointment. Kristina told me they were busy and it might take 2 weeks for an appointment and we completely understood however, she was able to get us an appointment 5 days later and that includes counting the weekend in those 5 days. AMAZING customer service!

Excellent service from start to finish. Ryan and Peter were great in getting us set up with two new heating/ac units. They gave us several different options to choose from and explained each one thoroughly. The technicians arrived early and got everything installed the same day. They were very friendly and left everything nice and clean.

I advise everyone who needs an installation or anything about a new furnace stay far away from this company. I’ve never been this upset with a business. We used for repairs and loved everything about the company, so didn’t get any second opinions before getting a whole new furnace, and I regret it so much. They broke wires in the wall when redoing the thermostat and originally put the new thermostat in the basement by the floor, and then I called five times to have someone fix the wires (we paid for a “smart” thermostat) and they just put in one that communicates wirelessly to the one in the basement. Making it where we can never use a regular thermostat again. Then here we are many months later and we have called multiple times and STiLL haven’t gotten the difference back for the lower priced thermometer. They also made multiple mistakes installing furnace and ducts and my husband had to fix a few things and I just noticed all our AC is blowing out of the crack they didn’t seal in the furnace.
(This is my original review for the diagnostic guys, who we used about a year prior to getting a furnace:Incredible experience from the phone call, through the service. So professional, friendly, and helpful. Also an amazing price for diagnostic. Will only use this company from now on and will recommend to everyone. It’s also awesome they offer a yearly “membership plan.” The technician was informative and thorough and seemed to actually care. The customer service truly felt like we were the only ones, even though I know they’re busy. If I could give 100 stars, I would!)

Micah and the Swan team was amazing! After having two other companies give me quotes, I thought I knew what to expect when Micah came out - turns out I was totally wrong (and felt cheated by the other companies). He sat down and took time to get to know about my family and really understand what I was looking for and what our budget was. He was thorough in his inspection of the house and our current system and curate the best options for our situation. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable with the systems he suggested and he was the only person to explain to me the differences in the appliances. When we finally made a decision, I felt so confident and secure - there wasn't even a doubt that we would go with Swan - despite the overall price being a little bit higher than the other quotes.

The installation was a breeze and our technician, Cody, was fantastic. He was so polite and professional and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Our new HVAC system and tankless water heater are absolutely exceptional and we are so pleased with our experience with Swan!
