Tim repaired my furnace exhaust pipe quickly and effectively. Tim as polite, professional, and efficient. I have received great service from Swan.

Very disappointing service!!
One of the valves on our the radiant heat system was not working anymore.
I called out for a Swann service person and he said it would be $650
I asked if they had to solder in the new valve, which means quit a bit of work as the system had to be partially drained, filled and aired out, apart form removing the valve and soldering in the new one, so i thought $650 was fair... he said yes
He proceeded and after a bit he told me we were lucky as he could remove 2 screws, fit the new tiny motor on the valve and be done, would not have taken more that 15 mins to do this (cost of the part is $82)
So i asked for a reduction of the price as a small job has a smaller price tag than a big job.
There was no way of convincing either the service person or the dispatch of this and i was immediately threatened with a debt recovery service, i asked to talk to the boss but to no surprise, i was never called back regarding all this.
I just find this kind of handling absolutely appalling.
They might be very knowledgeable about heating and plumbing, but get a zero for customer service or relations.

Had a couple issues after install and Brock came out to fix them. He was amazing, and fixed all the issues we had. Great experience.

You cannot trust this company.

Swan used to be my go to HVAC company. I referred 20 friends to Swan over the years. In the last year 2 visits have proven they are no longer a trusted partner. When I called, messaged, and emailed the company to get a clarification, I didn’t get a response. Multiple attempts.
They literally lied about the condition of our furnace - that they installed and have maintained for its entire life - and threw scare tactics that “the city will tag it and shut it off.” I called Fort Collins and Xcel. There is no such thing.
We had two other companies inspect the furnace who found nothing wrong and saw no need to replace the furnace while Swan did.

Customer service was excellent! Answered all our questions and provided helpful tips for ongoing maintenance. Professional and courteous and would definitely recommend.

The tech guy arrived on schedule and fixed the problem with the furnace quickly. He explained things thoroughly, and helped by giving us suggestions to keep our furnace running efficiently.

Mike G. was prompt, courteous, informative and professional. He serviced my home's entire plumbing system, including draining/flushing the hot water tank. He was super polite throughout his visit and I enjoyed chatting with him. Thank you!

Sean Donoho was an amazing technician!!! He took care of all my questions and made sure my system was working top notch for the summer season. Sean is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy guy. I will always want Sean for help on any of my HVAC needs. He is a great representative for the business and another great experience by the individuals from Swan! Would recommend Sean and Swan to anyone!

Russell (tech) was exceptionally knowledgeable / professional. Through an inspection of both the furnace and hot water tank, he identified a safety issue with explanation of the cause and provided recommended solution. He did not try to "sell" unnecessary services which was appreciated. I have been very pleased with the quality of service I have received from Swan tech's in the past as well.

Eric George was our service repairman. He was very professional yet very courteous. He replaced and repaired some plumbing issues we had in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend him and the Swan Co.
