Swan HVAC replaced our furnace and a/c two years ago and they have provided excellent service.
Sean was out yesterday to perform normal yearly maintenance and did a 5 star job. I am considering some upcoming projects and he was a great help explaining everything.
I recommend Swan to everyone when they ask.

I was very pleased with the professional and prompt instillation of the new furnace/ac for our home. They were on time and took care to protect the flooring as advertised. They were responsive to investigating the post instillation sounds and rectifying these issues. They answered all our questions and look forward to continue working with them in the future. One final repair is awaiting supply issues for ceiling tiles. I would highly recommend them for HVAC work in your homes.

I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in late October 2022. Spent 20K. They have been back 5 times, had to replace thermostat, city asked them to come back out for furnace install and now have no AC. This is not a local company it is owned by Service Champions out of CA. Please feel free to contact me if you are going to use this company. They are not at all interested in making it write. Really discouraged that this company is so greedy with poor installation.

The service tech, Russell Kacher, showed up within one hour of our "emergency" call. He promptly diagnosed and resolved the problem within one hour. Not only he saved the day, he patiently explained the workings of the HVAC and why the problem occurred to make us feel comfortable. He also answered clearly all the questions we raised about the unit. We are more than pleased with his outstanding service.

Russel was amazing from the first moment he walked through the door . He was thorough , knowledgeable and professional. After the service was complete he took the time to give us an in-depth explanation of the health of our furnace. I learned so much, LOL.
We would highly recommend this company. Thank you , Russel !

Just had Swan do our furnace tune-up, I remain very satisfied by the professional service delivered. Curran was an excellent tech, was friendly, thorough and helpful. I definitely feel he went above and beyond!

Swan is such a great company all around. They installed our furnace in 2015, now our a/c. The techs do good quality work. They leave you with a sense of confidence in the system you have chosen, they explain what they did, and what to do for future maintenance. I recommend them fully.

Terrible entitled driver. First they turned right using a left turn only lane because they didn't feel they should wait their turn like everyone else. Then they proceeded to make lane changes and take exits without signaling. Must like to keep people guessing, "don't let them know you're next move." I'm sure your destination is important to you but so is mine to me and those who depend on me, my family. Let's be better drivers and make sure everyone gets home safe.

As far as heating and air conditioning. No comment never used them.

Sean has been out 2 times, 1st check furnace, due to no heat, came today ac maintenance. I absolutely feel I have found my perfect heating and air business. ( I have been a swan customer for at least 3 years). I can’t pick just 1 thing I love best about swan. So blessed to have Swan. Love Sean, he is a pleasure to welcome to my home, I don’t feel nervous when I know he is coming. He is a true pleasure, can joke with him, he is prompt, professional, I feel ,I can honestly trust Sean.
And I also am blessed to have talked to Christy on phone. I feel like Christy knows me, she is professional, ,sincere, kind. I don’t know Christy personally, makes me feel like a friend not a customer,but she is so kind, goes above and beyond.
Swan in my opinion, is blessed to have Sean, and Christy. They make me feel, I am truly a valued customer. Thanks Swan

He was super friendly, knowledgeable and gave us honest information about how to fix our issue so we felt confident we were getting it done right and at a fair price! We tried to tip him but he was such a stand up guy he wouldn't take it, so here's hoping your company gets used more and other customers get you to help them out!!!!
