Beware!! I called to have my AC repaired about two years after they installed it. They came out and told me that the unit is no longer under warranty (which after calling Amanda it still have a ten year warranty). They told me it would cost over $2500 to repair and they wouldn’t guarantee the repairs. They said coolant alone was $36 per ounce and I needed 5 lbs! After calling another repair company, turns out there was a small leak due to a bad install by Swan. The new company removed the bad section and replaced it. They filled the coolant back up. They can’t he’s me $2000 less than what Swan asked for and they are guaranteeing their repair. Swan stated it was very hard to find a leak. The new company didn’t have any trouble locating it and was able to show me the issue. AC now running great! Stay away from Swan!

The Swan technician Curran came to our house and expertly diagnosed the problem and scheduled a follow up to fix the system. On both visits, he was on time, courteous and professional. The work was completed in one visit and there were no surprise fees. I'll definitely call Swan next time for any HVAC needs.

We had a Lennox Mini Split installed by Swan. Great install people, answered all questions, worked ALL day long and in the rain to complete the project. Thank you Swan. Super happy with the product and the service. Highly Recommend them

Peter with Swan was wonderful. I was notified well in advance and very comfortable having him in my home. He was fun and professional and very knowledgeable. I'd like to request him in the fall when it's time for the furnace to have preventative maintenance done. Very affordable too. Delighted with the thorough explanation and the photos with the report was remarkable. I've never had such great attention to my AC before!

No one is ever happy to hear the news that they might need a new air conditioner unit, but working with Isaac at Swan Heating & Air Conditioning took the sting out of that decision. He came out quickly when our a/c went out and laid out all of the repair or replace options for us. His goal was not to oversell but to give us the knowledge and freedom to make the right choice for our home and budget. Our new unit has not even been installed yet, and we are already over the moon with our experience.

Dustin from Swan came and diagnosed the issue we were having with our system. He explained everything very clearly and went over the different aspects of the system with me. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him out again and plan on doing so when we get our system serviced in October.

Cody and his helper arrived on time and installed a new AC unit.
Cody was very professional, experienced and knowledgeable about the system he installed. They both did a great job, cleaned up and took everything away. This was an awesome crew!!

We’ve had our furnace replaced 2 years ago and have had no problems at all. Today we just had our yearly check up done. Everyone that has worked in our home each time has been extremely professional and respectful of us and our home. Thank you so much

Great customer service. Peter is a great communicator and pretty much all of their techs have gone above and beyond. Swan installed my AC unit and recently installed an in house humidifier. Everything is reasonably priced and seems to be working well!
