Very poor AC servicing company. I paid them the money to come out today, and took the day off of my jobs, and they didn’t show up nor did they call me to let me know they weren’t coming. I do not recommend this company, and I would go somewhere else.

I have received prompt service from Joe, he has always been on time well mannered and solved all issues in a timely manner. The only problem that I have had is with Leann from your office. She is very rude has used swear words while talking with me and scheduled an appointment for me that she cancelled without notifying me.

Ben was knowledgeable and friendly. We called him when our furnace was bad and he came quickly and fixed it for a reasonable price and gave us quotes for replacing the whole unit. He pointed out some potentially problematic areas on our air conditioner, but didn’t try to up sell us into making repairs. We will definitely use them in the future.
