I have been using Groulx Mechanical for several years now. The owner, Mark, is a great guy. He works with the costumers directly and is very responsive. We had him replace an air conditioning unit in our house and replace a furnace and install a/c in our rental property. His prices are very fair and the work is always completed well and on time. He can also usually squeeze you in same-day for maintenance issues. I was happy to find a trust worthy and reasonably priced company and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs going forward.

Groulx Mechanical is absolutely awesome to work with. We had them put in a new A/C unit, as well as a mini-split for our bedroom. Mark came out and looked at our system, and gave us a few options. Installation was on schedule, clean, and professionally done. I highly recommend them if you are looking for heating or cooling for your home.

Our furnace was in our house when we bought it so it is at least 26 years old and probably a bit older.. It seemed to be working ok but we were concerned it might conk out in the middle of winter so we called Mark to check it, thinking we would probably need a new one. Mark came promptly and did a thourough and efficient job of evaluating it. He told us our furnace was fine! He gave us advice about how to get the most out if it and what to do when we do need a new one. Mark is honest and knowledgeable and I am definitely calling on him when the time comes for a new furnace.

These guys are professional, experienced and reasonable ... we intend to have them back year after year.

I cannot say enough about the experience I had with Groulx Mechanical. My air conditioner went out in the middle of August and they were able to come to the house to look at it on the same day. After a very comprehesive service it was determined that the unit was not fixable and I decided to have it replaced. Being a very frugal person I had several estimates and Groulx Mechanical was by far the best bid I received. This is a local company and has the highest standards of professionalism. I would highly recommend Groulx Mechanical!

Had HVAC maintenance as well as AC repair. For maintenance I was shown additional How Tos, such as adjusting my humidifier and good info to know as a homeowner. Appreciate that. For repair, problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. They know what they are doing! Highly recommend.

They installed a new unit and cleaned up the mess. We loved there service.

I have not had my equipment installed yet but an electrician referred me to Groulx. I got a quick written estimate on a furnace and hot water heater.

We have referred Mark several times to our clients. Work has always been done as promised!
