We enjoyed working with Mark at Groulx Mechanical Heating and Cooling. We had a very easy and professional experience with him.

We had to have a new unit put into a condo we purchased. Mark communicated well as we were out of town for most of the transaction. They showed up when they were supposed to, offered fair assessments of what work needed to be done and did the work in a timely manner.

Horrible service that comes with hidden fees. Not to mention the owner is an absolute air head.

Mark is always on the ready to provide friendly and top level service. I have used him for years, he is my go-to HVAC guy on my home and all of my rental properties.

I had a furnace short cycling in the coldest week we had in Colorado. I asked around work and a coworker gave me Groulx' number. I emailed my issue and Robert got back with me within the hour. We set at appointment for the very next day (they made time even when they had 2 new installs that day). Robert was on time, professional, nice to my pups, cleaned my furnace and told me he would send me an estimate. I received the estimate that evening, approved the part that was needed and 2 days later, Mark installed it. Again, Mark was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company and have told my coworkers the great experience I had with Groulx! I am very grateful to know I can rely on Groulx for any air or heating services.🐕
