Unfortunately, they hide the fact that they chargee a $35 late fee 24 hours after the service/bill. They also don't notify you of the upcoming charge, nor list it in detail until AFTER you've paid the total amount. I pay all my bills on time (30 days net), and I do not patronize places that penalize me for doing so.

They always come within a day of my call. The tech is always super nice, explains exactly what he’s doing and why. He always goes over everything when he’s finished too! I highly recommend them.

We recently had our HVAC unit replaced by Groulx Mechanical. I highly recommend calling them for service or replacement. They had such a quick response time when we needed a service call and then to get a system ordered. They were knowledgeable and didn’t try to over sell to us and answered all our questions with first a quote and options to consider. They were very flexible around our schedule as well. Our new unit works so better than our old one and we already see a savings in our monthly bill. In addition, we had our ducts cleaned as well with their partner company. Don’t hesitate to call them, I wouldn’t recommend unless I was completely satisfied!

Groulx's team was awesome! Installation of a Mini-Split was done efficiently and we love the fact that we don't have to freeze our lower levels to push cold air to our bedroom over the garage now. Our bedroom is really "chill" and the system is super quiet! Groulx Mechanical ROCKS!!!
