Summit Heating & A/C

Had them come fix an AC, they charged $389 to do the diagnostic and change a capacitor which was pretty overpriced but whatever. Then he tells me that the thermostat is bad and needs to be changed and he can install his "most economical one" which is a Honeywell T4 for $171. Honeywell T4 is $40 on Amazon. I understand an up charge for labor but 4x the price? Come on.

Esteban did an excellent job in fixing my clogged sink. He was very professional and expeditious in his work. I highly recommend him and the company.

I was very pleased with the service. MJ called before he arrived. He explained the repairs needed and answered my questions. My furnace is working again and the price was very fair. I will call Summit again and have already recommended them to my parents.

Just got our new furnace installed today by Craig and Cody and they did a great job! I was impressed with how fast they got the work done considering we have a small crawl space. They also made sure they wore their masks which we appreciated since we're in the middle of Covid-19. Thanks guys!

I scheduled an appt for 7am in the morning and no one ever showed up.. no call, no email.. no notification at all. This was a simple AC cleaning request and they dropped the ball.

Jamal and Tanner are the best. Professional, answered questions, explained in detail the installation and running the unit. Absolutely use Summit again and highly recommend them

I had Summit out on 7/30/19. Charlie came out and helped me with my dilema. He came up with a good solution. He was fabulous. I'm requesting him for fall servicing. Thanks Charlie for a great experience.

Excellent customer service and value for their services. I would highly recommend to anyone needing work on their heating and/or A/c system. Family owned local company you would be honored to support with Josh being a veteran.

They had an appointment to sell me a $10,000 plus system. They didn't show up, not even a courtesy call. Obviously not a well run business.

Worst company ever!!!!! I got ripped off.stay away from this company.
