If I had known how professional and astute these installers were going to be, I wouldn't have taken so long to select Elkhorn. Remember, price is only an issue in the absence of value. Elkhorn wasn't the cheapest, but you're buying a quality product with a quality install. They will work closely with you and answer ALL of your questions. And I had a lot of them. I highly recommend using Elkhorn. You don't want the cheapest installer, you want the one that is fair and detailed. Elkhorn's technicians were perfectionists.

Zack was so professional and considerate. He made sure to wear his mask and shoe covers to protect my home and maintained the appropriate 6ft distance the entire visit.
I have used Elkhorn for years, this visit was for my for my annual furnace maintenance and as always the folks at Elkhorn were responsive, helpful and in this time, very careful and respectful of my family and our continued health.

My experience with Elkhorn was great. Two gentlemen came out the day after I called in order to evaluate our ductwork problem and provide an estimate for repairs. I had two other estimates from different companies and they all were within $100 of each other. Elkhorn was the only one that didn’t try to push a maintenance program on me to get a discount on the repairs. That was the differentiator that nudged me in Elkhorn’s direction.

We had approximately 30 feet of ductwork that had fallen to the ground in a crawlspace. The ductwork had separated at many of the seems and, given the tight access, it would have been a tough job to rebuild.

Ernesto and Vicente arrived at the schedule date and time to do the repairs. They were friendly as well as thorough and professional and protected any areas of our house that might have been damaged while they worked. They finished in 3 hours the job that I thought would take at least 5 hours to do. Because the area was hard to get to, Ernesto took detailed photos of all their work and explained everything they had done.

I couldn’t have expected a better outcome and I recommend Elkhorn without hesitation.

Replacing our water heater was going to be really expensive. Kimberly and Gary able to find a better option with tankless water heater for even less than the what it would cost to replace our tank. Crew was really pleasant and did a fantastic job getting everything up to code. Love these guys!

Great customer service, the system they installed and the duct re-working and zoning is awesome and has made our house so much more comfortable just like they promised. We talked to several HVAC companies before we found Elkhorn and none could really address our airflow problem. Gary came in and told us what the problem was right away and how to fix it. Very knowledgeable and very straightforward. He won't do the work unless he knows he can do it right!

We have a swamp cooler that was failing to work properly. Elkhorn's technician Eli came out to look at it and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem that afternoon. We went from 85 degrees inside the house to a very livable 70 in short order after his repair. So glad he was able to come out so quickly!

Elkhorn did a great job designing and installing a heat pump and backup furnace system in our 130-year-old house.

This was the only company who I got estimates from that had a good plan to address the poorly done return air for my furnace. Tim McKeon also had a good plan to reroute my gas lines to properly accommodate the ducting changes that were necessary. The owner Gary Neal made sure the job was done to my satisfaction . Both inspectors (Electrical and Mechanical) commented to me that Elkhorn is a company that typically does good work.

There overall service was top notch ! Great deal for the mini split unit that was installed.

After taking care of our house for many years, we moved into an older house that needed an electrical system complete upgrade, new AC, Heating, and hot water system. All are of outstanding quality, and the installation was easy and perfectly done. Elkhorn’s people are the best!!!
