Elkhorn did a fantastic job. We had quotes from other companies, they came in looked at the old furnace and gave a quote. Garry at Elkhorn spent lots of time during the initial in home quote. He walked all of the rooms, took measurements, explained thoroughly what was needed and why. Elkhorn offered more and came in lower than the other companies! When the installers showed up, they had masks, gloves and shoe covers and kept them on the entire time. They completed the entire furnace replacement in about 6 hours, cleaned up and were on their way. Cant say enough about the quality and professionalism of this company!

I needed a new AC unit. Other companies really tried to upsell me with big units that were way too much for my 1300 sq ft house. Justin acknowledged that right away and assessed exactly what I needed. I also had to have a new furnace, mine was 22 years old and wouldn't be able to accommodate a new AC unit. Installation went smoothly and on time however, the AC unit was very loud and unacceptable. Elkhorn sent out their installation expert guy and to my relief, he said it was installed correctly but was possibly damaged in transit even though it was brand new, and needed to be replaced. They came out the following morning and got the job done to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Elkhorn Heating & Air! Great job.

Readily available, competitively priced, great quality. I ran into Mike at the Elkhorn booth at the home show in February. Mike was able to come out within a week to provide an immediate estimate on the work I needed. I scheduled a service panel replacement and they completed it soon after. The guys who came to perform the work were friendly and highly competent. I had the work inspected by the city, and the worker was super impressed at the quality of Elkhorn's work. I'd definitely use them again.

The Elkhorn team from sales to installation and followup were excellent. Every one was friendly and courteous and knew professionally what to do to meet our needs. We have never had both heating and air conditioning combo and had many questions on the system that we ended up having installed. We are completely satisfied with all aspects of the experience that we are having with our new HVAC and would highly recommend Elkhorn HVAC.

My air conditioning unit died late afternoon on the hottest day this year. Tried to call the company that installed it, and all I got was an answering machine. Placed a call to Elkhorn, and immediately they answered the phone call, and were able to get a technician over to resolve our issue. Our technician, Eli, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He had our AC back up and running quickly. I can’t thank Eli and Elkhorn enough. Elkhorn will now be our go to on any heating or Ac issues. Would highly recommend them!!!

Elkhorn replaced our A/C, furnace and water heater and we could not be more pleased. From start to finish, their whole team was courteous, professional, and exhibited an obvious pride in their craftsmanship that you don't always see these days. Justin and Eli arrived on time, as scheduled on one of the coldest, snowiest October days on record and did not stop working until the new furnace and water heater were up and running. The next morning they returned, in continuing terrible weather, with Kyler, to complete the project and button everything up.

I highly recommend Elkhorn for any HVAC or electrical work, our experience with their electricians was top notch! Ephraim and Taylor took care of our sercice change with precision and care. They made sure that all of our concerns were heard and addressed fully. They took the time to make sure their work was done right the first time and our sales guy Mike even stopped by to make sure we were taken care of, which we most definitely were. Can't thank them enough for a first class job.

We recently had our furnace and air conditioning replaced in our home. The technicians did an excellent job and it was evident that they enjoyed their work. They also cleaned up after themselves. Our home is now warm in areas that were always cold. I highly recommend Elkhorn.
