Gary and Team did a fantastic job! From our initial consultation to installation and clean up, Elkhorn went above and beyond our expectations. We had an electrical panel upgraded and a Fujitsu mini-split system installed in our 120 year old brick home. With older homes there are almost always challenges. Elkhorn was great about figuring out how to position the indoor units to maximize airflow while maintaining a discreet presence. We highly recommend Elkhorn for any of your electrical/HVAC needs.

The service people are incredibly well-trained, skilled, and punctual. We always refer them to others, including our son, when asked about relevant services and would never use anyone else.

Home Furnace would not turn on the night before -
We called in the morning, ( first company we called please shop local) got a time window and by 3pm we had heat! Had to have circuit board replaced. Pricing was agreeable. Service was top notch.

We recently had two new furnaces installed into our home in Roxborough. I received bids from four local companies that all came with strong recommendations from some list or another. Ultimately, we chose Elkhorn Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., which has a five-star rating on Tom Martino’s Referral List. Justin Griffin was the advisor who analyzed our needs, provided a bid, arranged for the installation, and followed through on details upon completion of the job. We could not have been more impressed with the outstanding service received and the very reasonable pricing agreed to. Justin spent hours thoroughly analyzing our needs and was 100% trustworthy on all information provided before and after the job. His integrity, knowledge, and thorough efforts were some of the main reasons we chose Elkhorn. The technicians that removed our old system and installed the new (Justin, Ernesto, Bryon, Geff, & Adam) did excellent work. They were on time and left our furnace room in meticulous condition. We could not be more delighted with the two-stage Trane system installed in our home. Just as promised by Elkhorn we no longer have areas that were very cold or very hot but enjoy consistent temperatures throughout. We could have chosen one option that offered a price that seemed too good to be true but decided that for our nice home we wanted to go with one of the best. Not only did we get the best but we were also delighted with how competitive (pricing) they were compared to the other options.

We recently used Elkhorn to replace our home’s original furnace and central air conditioning. We also had them install a tankless water heater and whole home humidifier. We initially chose Elkhorn because they were a Trane dealer, and decided to use them after reading reviews and talking to them. It was a big job, lots of re-routing old pipes and adding new ones. They were very thorough before installation - the sales guy came to our house twice to make sure the measurements were right. The install took 3 full days and the crew did a great job ensuring our floors and surrounding areas were not damaged. They were friendly, on time, and explained everything at the beginning and end of each day. We could tell these guys took pride in their work and went the extra mile to make sure everything worked, looked good, and would hold up for many many years. Would highly recommend Elkhorn!
