Elkhorn was amazing!!! The know what they are doing, are professional and their follow-through was the best I've experienced in years. I had a problem with Xcel and them processing my rebate. They actually reached out to their contact with Xcel to help me and get the issue resolved. Rare customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend them. I had a tankless water heater, furnace and central air installed.

When we made the decision to update our Heat/Air system after 30 years in our home (and the system was in place when we moved in) we braced ourselves for what we imagined would be a big mess and a lot of disruption. Well, Gary and the team at Elkhorn Heating and Air Conditioning proved us wrong.
The team members were on time, covered their shoes and worked together quickly and efficiently. And Ladies, if you’ve ever been the one waiting at home for the service call, you know there are some technicians who made you feel like calling a friend to come and sit with you in the house. Well, there’s no “creep-squad” here! Elkhorn technicians are polite, positive and professional. They moved a huge 30-plus year old, box furnace, up the stairs, over and around the kitchen counter without so much as a bump, scrape or sound. We even found that the outlets they’d used had be upgraded and a light fixture was added to better illuminate the furnace area.
In the end, we looked around and the front and back yards were spotless, the basement was spotless, and there was this amazing new TRANE heating and air conditioning system, up and running…just as though no one had ever been here…Total Elkhorn Ninja move!!
We will be using Elkhorn for our heating, air conditioning and electrical needs from now on!

Our air conditioning failed Saturday afternoon in hundred-degree weather. I requested a service call knowing it would be expensive. Eli, the technician, talked me through the trouble (a plugged drain pipe), and I realized I could repair it myself. Eli was most gracious in walking me through the repair, step-by-step, even though it meant no revenue for the company. This is customer service at its best.

Called Elkhorn for a estimate. My furnace was really old and outdated. Was thinking about adding AC and after speaking with Elkhorn they made it very clear & easy what my best options were. Couldn’t ask for a easier and more fair experience. Everything they said they would do they did. They are definitely a cut above of what I’ve experienced before.

I used Elkhorn twice previously and had good service. They charged my wife $90 for a furnace stuck at 68 set to 72 when it suddenly got back up to temperature - so they did nothing. My wife felt that this was odd and asked about whether it was the thermostat. She was treated condescendingly. 2 days later, same issue, Elkhorn REFUSED to waive the trip charge even though they were paid to do nothing, and fixed nothing the first time. Customer service was also RUDE to my wife. We had ANOTHER HVAC company come and guess what the problem was - if you guessed the battery in the thermostat - WHICH MY WIFE SUGGESTED - you'd be right. No one cared, no one called, 3 different rude people, ELKHORN we are DONE with you. Don't respond to this, you had THREE opportunities to make this right - and you failed. Bye.

These Guys are amazing! We ran into a problem with a customers HVAC system at 3pm on a Wednesday. They where the only guys that would go out same day and get the system back online! At a very reasonable price I might add. The Tech Elliott was very friendly and even called our customer when he was on his way. This is your one stop shop when it comes to HVAC needs! I recently had a new air conditioner installed by Elkhorn. I shopped around and did my homework and Elkhorn won my business thanks to salesman Justin. My praise also goes to the installers Justin, Vincente and Kyles. The whole awesome experience convinced me to do this review! A+ and 5 Star recommendations!
