Nick was great. Came next day. He showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue while explaining it thoroughly and showed the damaged part. Was able to replace it right then and gave some friendly, simple maintenance tips.

Nick's smart enough to supply Lennox furnaces; and, his professional staff put a Lennox in for us about a month ago. It's warm and way more efficient than my 27 year-old Lennox Merit Series, as evidenced by the Excel bill. (That is to say, Lennox has invested in R&D, for sure.)

Nick was great and very professional to work with. I had my routine annual A/C tune up done by a National HVAC chain who said my compressor was seized and the whole unit needed to be replaced. Nick came by the very next day and in about 5 minutes using a $20 part my A/C was working again good as new. I will definitely use Cool Ducts again for any heating and cooling services.
