Cool Ducts Heating and Cooling

Our AC, and heat, did not turn on, just stopped working. Called Cool Duct, could not make it out day I called, but they spoke with tech, “Cruz”, who called me and texted will be out tomorrow.
Cruz had great communication, gave me heads up so I could meet him at house (as I was working on Wed). Cruz showed up, wife came home so I left.
Later that night, AC stopped again.
I left message; Cruz called first thing in morning, stopped by few hours later. Again, great communication and text so I did not have to wait around the house for hours.
Cruz checked multiple items, determined a wiring short; pulled new wires, checked all system parts, ran unit, ADDED FUSE NOT IN ORIGINAL SYSTEM (older unit) TO PROTECT AND PREVENT FUTURE PROBLEMS!!
Gave me his number, called later to check on us.
GREAT EXPERIENCE! Cool Duct was responsive, but CRUZ WAS AWESOME!! Cruz had great communication, accommodating, did great job, and followed up. He was amazing!

We had our HVAC unit short circuit unexpectedly, and were also overdue for an HVAC cleaning. Nick was able to come out the same day I called, was incredibly easy to work with and knowledgeable, charged a fair price for repair and maintenance and fixed all issues very quickly and without hassle. Nick and his team were awesome! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC, explained my options in detail and provided a cost effective solution. I would definitely use them again.

At the beginning of March 2022 ( last year), I had some issues with my old furnace that decided to stop working in the colder days of last Winter.
I made a request for a repair through my Home Warranty and first, they did send me a contractor that were out of business ( I assume they didn't know at first).
After waiting 1 full day for this contractor to get in touch with me and getting no response, I resolve to contact my Home Warranty again.
At this time they perform another request for 3 more contractors, which 1 was only available in about 1 week, another one in 3 days and then Nick from Cool Ducts were possible available by the end of the day or the next day.
After meeting and having Nick to fix my furnace, I can say he is very professional, very knowledgeable with his work, very responsible, very respectful, prompt, has a excellent sense of humor ( there isn't any problem that boring him , he is always happy, don't matter what 😁), very competitive prices, excellent service and more.
Believe me, I could stay here all day long, describing Nick and his team professionalism and qualities.
Please don't waste your time and do yourself a favor Call Nick from Cool Ducts for any HVAC problems and you will not be disappointed!
For sure, in the future, I will contact him for maintenance/ repairs on the full set of machines that we end up to replace with him for my home after dealing with old furnace issues.

Nick and Cole were able to come to my house to perform AC repair. All of my refrigerant had leaked and they explained my repair options clearly and walked me though the pricing. They also offered suggestions for yearly militance to prevent future problems . Overall extremely professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

I have copper piping running right along the top of my washer down through my tile floor i hear dripping water noises coming from tje new furnace this looks and sounds horrible i do not recommend at all its trash i may tear it out and fix it myself horrible
