I am the Practice Manager at Coal Ridge Animal Hospital. As a business it is important to keep things running, our customers and clients comfortable and staff happy. So when our air conditioner was not keeping up with the demand recently in the 90++++ degree heat, it was Carbon Valley Heating and Air I called. They were on it and quickly resolved our issue. The tech who came out was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He was able to diagnose and tune my furnace in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Jed did a great job in servicing our swamp cooler. He knew exactly what to do. Very professional.

Extremely disappointed! Had this company do the vents last year and was told one of the rooms couldn't be done because if water pipes. We recently remodeled the kitchen and replaced the floor. When the floor was out I notice the vent that this company claimed were pipes in front of was clear from any pipes. I called to let them know and emailed pictures the receptionist called me back and gave me all kinds of excuses so I asked her to have the owner call me as of today he has never returned my call. Will never again use this company or recommend them.

Everyone that we have dealt with here has been amazing! From the sales person to the installer, receptionist and the tune up techs all have been very friendly and informative.

I'm so happy to have found these guys. The whole team is fantastic, they went above and beyond for us. Even found a small gas leak we had no idea existed. You can expect them to be at your home when they schedule a time and were also tolerant of our little yapper doggie that usually drives others to complete distraction! I have Josh on my contact list in case of anything else in the future we might need....
