Carbon Valley Heating & Air (Firestone)

Scheduled an appointment to get a quote and nobody showed up in the 4 hour time slot. No call or communication. Guess they don’t want the business. (UPDATE: The tech called after seeing this review and apologized. Seems like it was a technology issue and my appointment fell through the cracks. I appreciate the call, so will update the rating.)

I have been a customer of Carbon Valley Heating and Air for 4 years now. It started when I had a catastrophic failure of my old heating and air conditioning system. It required a complete change out of the old system.
The new system that I choose to put in has been working extremely well. Every Six months I get a call from Carbon Valley so we can set up a time to have them check on the system. That service alone is a great thing. I don't have to worry about remembering when was the last time I checked my HVAC system.
The whole team at Carbon Valley is great. Haley, Josh and Dale, have been a real pleasure to work with.
I highly recommend them for you as well.

Picture this. It's the first 100 degree day of the summer, everything should be fine, then you find water around your furnace and your AC goes out. But wait, it's 3 PM on a Saturday. The temperature in your house is climbing. Your kids definitely aren't going to be able to sleep unless this thing is fixed. Then you remember, Dale from Carbon Valley gave you his personal number to call in case something like this might happen! You call, he picks up, and by 5 PM your AC is cranking and your house is getting cooler than a polar bear's toenails. That's what happened this weekend and that's why I will continue to go back to CVH&A for all my HVAC needs in the future. Thanks again!

Came out right away on Labor Day and fixed our broken A/C. Didn't charge us an arm and a leg! Jacob was super nice, professional, and helpful.

Carbon Valley Heating and Air were able to fit us in on the same day we called. When there was a communications mix-up, their tech came out again at the end of the day, completed the job on the spot, and waived their after-hours fee. He was pleasant and professional. We have been taken advantage of by other local HVAC companies in the past. It was refreshing to be treated well by this small, local, family owned and operated company.

Always good to see Dale. He gets the fix right. Office Staff & Technician are great to work with. They were fast efficient and correctly priced. I will continue to use for my HVAC needs.

I have to say that I read all the reviews of this company and my experience was on par with everything positive that was said. Jacob showed up, asked me exactly what was going on so I didn’t have the fear of the tech looking around to find things. He had a diagnosis, plan, and all options going forward ready to go within 15 minutes. His call was done in less than an hour and the scope of the job and the cost were right on. They will have my business in the future

A very nice experience! The technician was on time and a pleasure to work with. He explained in detail what he was doing and was very conscientious about our home.

Very quick response on my unit going out. My tech Jacob had all the parts needed and was able to get my unit back up and running again. Jacob was great! Knowledgeable and professional. I'll be looking into their new units when we are ready to upgrade.

Great job! Our AC went out and they got us scheduled quickly. We ended up replacing the AC and furnace. They were very thorough at discussing options about the products. The install crew was efficient and courteous. Josh, the owner came back out to make sure everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend Carbon Valley!
