Carbon Valley Heating & Air (Firestone)

Carbon Valley has been our HVAC provider since 2014 and we have had great customer service and help from them ever since including putting in new furnace and AC in 2017. Dale just did our routine furnace maintenance and as always, was excellent, thorough and so nice. Even replaced our humidifier pad!! Thanks Carbon Valley heating and air for the outstanding service and professionalism you provide. Would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

They will steal from you, plain and simple. I was charged almost 250$ for a 42$ part. When you call them out, they will say it’s for a warranty???

Carbon Valley is the best company for your heating and air conditioning needs. I needed a new furnace and air conditioner. Josh was complete and thorough in bidding on the job and was very competitive. The job was installed quickly where the technicians were very careful in removing the old furnace and installing the new furnace with no damage or scratches to any surface. I was kept informed of all they were doing. A minor adjustment was needed upon completion and another tech was dispatched to my house within 24 hours and the issue was solved quickly. Josh's service was over the top when he came out personally to make sure the system was operating as specified. I couldn't be a more pleased customer. Call Carbon Valley!

Our A/C went out suddenly yesterday evening. I filled out the form on their site and someone called me promptly first thing this morning. Dale showed up later in the day, diagnosed and fixed the issue within minutes. Great and friendly people, knowledgeable, fast and responsive. Couldn't ask for better service!

We had Dale come for a same day appointment, when our fan and furnace kept tripping the breaker leaving us with no AC. Within 5 minutes he had the problem identified and 30 the problem fixed for a reasonable amount.
