I did not use them because they were rude and obnoxious on the phone...they are charging for this. When we work hard for our money, and we give them an opportunity to get some of it, you would think they would appreciate it. No, we work for them, apparently. We are lucky if they allow us to give them our money.
oh, and if you're a person, forget it! They like corporate robots only.

Jose Milan at Tolin is not only was a courteous driver, letting me into busy traffic, but he also saw the wallet slide off the roof of my car that I had forgotten up there from a gas station pit stop. He then drove to my house and returned it. My neighbors had great kind words to say about him when he ringed and I wasn't home. I have hard time thinking of a more professional and genuinely honest person, and I am certain he represents the company's values. I'll be using them next time I need HVAC.

Watch out for the white branded truck with last 3 on the plates “til”. He will run you off the road and flies down the shoulder during traffic. Apparently this company teaches its employees to sacrifice the safety of other drivers so they can get around town quicker.

Derek came out to service our 3 heaters and did it quickly and professionally. We had doubts that we would get them running but he worked endlessly and got them fixed. We really appreciate his hard work and demeanor. Good job Derek!

One of their drivers (van 233) made sure NOT to let me merge left and almost caused me to have an accident with my children in the car. I had to pull into the far right lane from the grocery store and he wouldn't let me over so I had to stay in that lane and then as we went through the light I tried to move over again and he would not let me in. Then I watched as he very deliberately ran a red light at a crosswalk on Ward Road where a young couple with their baby was about to cross! If this is any indication how these technicians work, I would not do business with this company!

NEVER use Tolin Mechanical! They employ some of the most unprofessional & rude individuals I've ever come across. True low-class scumbags! Look elsewhere for HVAC services, it can only get better than what this company reflects.

I had three estimates to have my commercial heater repaired. They were all between $1500.00 and $1800.00 Tolin found the problem, fixed it the same day and charged me $400.00 I will never go anywhere else. Thanks
