Justin J. replaced a water heater, installed a PRV, and a new circulator pump for me. After getting quite a few quotes from various shops around town, I ultimately went with Time (and Justin) because they were competitive in pricing, but also made me feel that they were going to do a quality job, which turned out to be the case. My tech, Justin, was detail oriented, communicated well, and ultimately did very good work on my system. I will be using Time again for plumbing needs in the future.

I've used them a handful of times over the past few years (new furnace, electrical work, plumbing leak, new sewer pipe).

Every time I've had them out they don't try to scare you into spending more money and they've fixed the issue immediately.

They recently replaced my sewer pipe and were very understanding about me wanting to do a spot repair vs the whole line (for cost reasons) and were more interested in working within my budget vs upselling. They were flexible when I changed my mind the morning of and rescheduled for the entire line replacement as well

Nathan Fischer was our plumber who identified the leak problem immediately and was able to repair it in rapid time and at a fair cost. He was prompt and very professional, I highly recommend Time plumbing and especially Nathan.

I had called another company for a leak under my kitchen sink, and was told "nothing until November 5!" Called Time, and Nathan Fisher showed up same-day, near the beginning of the time window they gave me. He was knowledgeable and just went "above and beyond." He provided me a few new hoses at no extra charge, and even replaced a light in my stove for me that I couldn't get the cover off of! (This was not even on the job list.) He also provided friendly, down-home conversation during the repair. Service like this almost doesn't exist anymore--thanks, Nathan--I now have a go-to plumber!!

Time plumbing is a very service oriented company. From the time I called to make an appointment to when the plumber left, I was treated professionally and friendly. When I made the appointment they asked all the right questions to determine which services I needed and the coast that would be associated with them. They scheduled a time which met my needs. Lyle, the plumber, called and said he could arrive earlier if that would work for me. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would and asked me to show him the problems I was having. He asked the questions needed to select the the proper equipment for the job. He was careful with the procedure and did not rush through it. He cleaned the line all the way to the city sewer and checked the water flow to make sure everything worked well. He was careful to clean the snake as he removed it so no sewage or water got on the floor. He mentioned other services that he could do or that I might want to have done in the future. He asked if I had any other plumbing needs and also asked how old my water heater as most people don’t think about that. He was not pushy about any of these services, just informative. The bill was exactly as quoted. I was very pleased with his service and the service of this company and would recommend them without reservation.

I'm really frustrated. We had heard good things about Time Plumbing and called them about our sink which had started leaking significant amounts of water. When they arrived, the sink was not currently leaking but it was very obvious that there was a problem. The plumber stayed for about 25 minutes and then left - without diagnosing a single issue. I had to stand near him and ask for him to perform diagnostics, like running water, flushing toilets, running the dishwasher. He came up with absolutely 0 possible solutions, charged me 120$ and left. The sink has leaked 3 times since he left and there is nothing I can do and I'm in the same position, only with 120$ LESS. I would have expected some help for that amount of money.

These guys tried to charge us OVER $500 for a part they didn't even have with them. He also told us that that was at a "discounted price." While he left to go get it another company showed up (my husband called a lot of places). This company - DR FIX IT - QUOTED US $60 for the same part/same solution to the problem and he had it with him. We are SO LUCKY that DR FIX IT showed up at that time! We would have been out HUNDREDS of dollars because who really knows what fair prices are when it comes to this stuff? You can get taken advantage of SO easily and it almost happened to us. These guys are NOT to be trusted. Use Dr Fix It instead! They're awesome- the guy wouldn't even accept our tip because it's not 'company policy'! Their knowledge and level of honesty is impressive!

Ken Mulac of Time Plumbing Heating did an awesome job with a boiler replacement for me. The project required dismantling and removal of every bit of my 100 year old cast iron boiler up a steep narrow basement stairway, then carefully building a brand new unit. Ken was great. He arrived on time with a smile and got right to work. I appreciated his professionalism. He showed attention to detail and made sure the new boiler was working perfectly. He assured me of his availability for any questions when I start my heat this fall. At the end of the job before leaving, he thoroughly cleaned the whole work area without me having to ask him. I trusted him and his obvious work ethic. He even took time to fix an issue with my kitchen sink while he was there. I was extremely pleased with Ken as well as David A., Justin and Chad. I’m glad I made the decision to use Time and would definitely recommend Ken Mulac to my friends.

Overall, we were very happy with with the service. We had a waste water ejection pump go out in our basement. We called in the morning to schedule an appointment, and someone came out within just 3 or 4 hours to fix the issue even though it wasn't an emergency which was great. The tech identified that the pump had gone bad and left to purchase a new one. He came back and installed the new pump and now the system is working perfectly! The pump he installed was $400. The bill was $2,200. He was there for about 3.5 hours including leaving to get the part and coming back. This means we paid over $500/hour in labor. I'm not sure what a fair rate is for plumbing work like this to be honest, but that seemed very high. Overall we were very happy with the service and the work performed, it just seemed pricey.

Chad with Time was extremely helpful. We were first impressed by how quickly they were able to come to our house. We had called three other electricians and all had said it would be over a week until they could make it over since it wasn't an emergency. I called Time and they set us up with an appointment for the next day! When Chad showed up we were convinced that Time was the right company for us to use. He was very friendly and did a great job looking at the issues we needed fix. He also went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of other problems. Even though he found other problems he was not pushy about trying to get us to fix them at the same time, he just wanted to inform us so that we knew about potential problems that may need to be addressed. We were so impressed by his professional analysis and the fact that he wasn't just looking to add on more to our bill that we asked him to fix it at the same time. He was glad to do so and spent a lot of time working at our house to make sure everything was fixed correctly. Chad did all of this with a smile which just made the whole experience better. We will certainly use Time in the future and we'll also be sure to ask for Chad. We highly recommend you do the same!
