Chad C. arrived on time and serviced the breaker box, which had crackled and hissed when I tried to reset a breaker. He solved the problem in record time (25 years of experience in the business!), was professional and friendly. A best business practice would be to clone Chad, who loves life, people, music, his job, his boss, and most of all his son. I will use Time (and Chad, I hope) in the future.
