had a plumber come by- he told me my sink was to old to fix and did nothing to solve my issue other than turning off the faucet. Got charged 120 dollars for absolutely nothing. Following that I had another plumber come and fix it in less than 4 minutes and he said, "it was a very simple fix" I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is 18 months after my experience with Time plumbing, but I have had so many other contractors and workers point out how awful this work is (and that I was ridiculously overcharged) that I thought it best to share with others. In the winter of 2021, my pipes froze and we realized it was because there was an open outdoor vent blowing air inside my basement ceiling. They caulked around the outdoor vent and then they haphazardly cut this hole in my ceiling, stuffed a little bit of insulation around this pipe and then stuck a vent over it. (They also left all of the debris of the work behind, scattered all over my floor.) They charged me over $900. This is, in part, my fault for not knowing enough--but this is why I call (and trust) experts in the biz. I have since had the ENTIRE basement ceiling insulated (drill and fill) and it cost me LESS than this terrible "band-aid" fix. The experts who recently insulated my ceiling said, at the very least, they should have replaced the drywall and patched it (rather than placing a vent there). I'll be doing this myself shortly. I used Time previously for a water heater replacement and had a decent experience, but I will never call them again. I feel incredibly foolish, but also: If they're going to take advantage of my ignorance, they are likely to take advantage of yours. Go elsewhere. There are more trustworthy companies out there. EDIT: Adding a response to the owner below: I emailed about this (and the mess) March 6, 2021 and never received a response.

Updated: Probably the best customer service I've ever seen from an HVAC company. Owners take a lot of accountability and go the extra mile if you have an issue.

Had an appointment for a Friday afternoon and had moved my schedule to accommodate it. They called me at 11:30 am on Friday to say they couldn't make the appointment. Disappointing scheduling, will use another plumber!

I am a repeat customer and I cannot say better things about Time Plumbing. Any time I have an issue I always call them and am always able to schedule something right away! Their service is amazing, prices are fair and they truly care about helping you even when it's out of their control.

With a house full of Christmas guests our main water pipe ruptured in the -16 weather. Time sent Anthony within an hour and fixed the break. He recommended reroutes to avoid further breaks since the older house was not plumbed wisely for cold weather. We had our sewer line replaced abd basement replumbed several years previously by Time and have been very satisfied with their work. Definitely recommend them.

We had a leak on both the hot and cold water valves for our washing machine on Sunday. Called Time Plumbing on Monday at 7:30am to schedule and had the job completed by 3:30pm Monday afternoon (We live in the Foothills). We could not be happier with the scheduling, the timeliness, the communication and the excellent work replacing the parts for our plumbing issue. Also, I had additional questions the next day and received a phone call from the owner of Time Plumbing and his response to my question was above my expectations and extremely professional! The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I will definitely use Time Plumbing and Heating for any issues in the future without hesitation. A++ customer service and response.

I had to have part of the main sewer line replaced which required some excavation in the basement as well as major excavation outside the home.
Both the owner whose name is Brad A. and the Senior technician whose name is Wesley J. are absolutely wonderfully kind, helpful, considerate, and totally knowledgeable AND willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. The workers knew what they were doing and little or no supervision was required. Everyone is very conscientious and they all take pride in their work. The job was completed in one day and when the workers pulled out it was difficult to see that any work had been done outside because they very carefully replaced the rose bushes and the landscape stone work. The inside was cleaned up, leaving almost no trace (other than the cement patch). I would trust and recommend this company any time and to any one without reservation.

Chad Cooper did an amazing job installing multiple electrical outlets and a dedicated line for a new ejector pump. Because we have an old Victorian house, this was not an easy job, and we knew that going in. Chad is an excellent electrician, very experienced. The lines in our basement in this 120 year old house we’re connected to outlets upstairs that sometimes caused breakers to flip. And we had extension cords just running everywhere here in the basement. Plus, we have walls that are brick and stone covered with plaster, some of which are a foot and a half thick. Solid, no hollows in the walls to run wire. Definitely not a job for an inexperienced electrician. Chad was not only skilled, he was thoughtful, responsive, and careful in tracking time and costs. He’s the full package! Highly recommended.

Chad, the electrician was very professional and personable. After discovering no short in my old fluorescent fixture, he suggested he could convert it to LED that would last for many years and a cost savings. He did that for me.

Anthony, the plumber was also professional, personable and a good detective. Finding the source of the leak and realizing there were barriers to get to it, he reached out to a HVAC colleague. He fixed the pipe and did a good clean up job. I felt comfortable leaving him in my house while I left for a while.
