I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I've been a Denver/Metro homeowner for nearly 30 years and I am both thrilled and relieved to have finally found a great, HONEST (read: really reasonably priced) and timely plumber and A/C person!
Using a different local service, I had unresolved issues with my swamp cooler all last year, so this year I called Time Plumbing instead. Chad Cooper (with Time Plumbing) readily diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was thorough, professional and personable. When he told me that Time also handles any/all electrical repairs I figured I'd finally found my "one stop, go-to" person for house problems! I have signed up for the annual contract which practically pays for itself on the first visit.
I love their commitment to good service=it is real!-and that they are Denver natives, like myself. This is probably only the second time I have ever taken the time to write a service/product review, and it's because I was so significantly impressed by Chad C. and the people at Time Plumbing.

Time Inc. was great! Scheduling was easy and the tech, Chad was great. He went over everything with me and gave me a quote and then took care of the work. He was nice, professional, quick and showed up on Time, hence the name. He offered me options and made me aware of other concerns in the house that he and Time are able to address. Chad also made sure I was satisfied with the job before leaving, which I was. And as a bonus he cleaned up after himself and the mess I made in trying to fix the problem myself. Time and Chad were a great find and I highly recommend the company and this particular Field Tech.

First thing I will say, is Chad their electrician is awesome, he has done great work on my house on several jobs. So why the 1 star? Well, Chad came and gave me a quote to run electricity and gas to the detached garage I am in the process of building. He gave me a reasonable quote and we signed an agreement. He started the work the same day, then his boss came out his morning (I think his name was Bill or Bob), and told me it would be 3-4 thousand more for the job.

I thought I had found a great company to work with for plumbing and electrical, and this was going to be the 3rd job they did for me. But this company clearly does not support or trust their employees, and I will not support them with my business. I hope Chad finds a better employer or goes to work for himself.

Tyler was very warm and kind, not to mention he was extremely knowledgeable in fixing our issue quickly. From the moment I called Time to when Tyler completed service it was less than two hours. This was probably the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in any form of home repair. The prices are very reasonable as well. Extremely satisfied customer here. Thanks so much.

Had a outdoor hose faucet that was leaking, Time quoted me $800 and said I needed to replace the whole pipe. It was apparently such a big job, they had to reschedule it.

Called another company, they replaced a gasket and were done in an hour.

I called to schedule an appointment for a simple drain cleaning and they fit me in the same day (I was working from home that day). Anthony called when he was on his way which I really appreciated. Turned out my simple drain cleaning was a little more involved than I initially thought. Anthony made sure things were working smoothly before he left. Very competent and friendly.

If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would. I can't begin to explain how wonderful and efficient Chad was. He is a very nice and wonderful man and you can see he puts that into his work. I felt very comfortable and relaxed having him in our home. He is so detail-oriented and very thorough with his work. He really puts forth the effort and takes care of you as a customer- which you don't see a lot these days. The pricing was extremely fair and I will definitely be calling him back if I ever need assistance again. Thanks, Chad!

We had a simple fix that the city requested. I new it was simple, but needed it done correctly in a short time. I easily scheduled an appointment over the phone and Justin J. was dispatched for the work. He called with an estimated time of arrival, showed up on time, and completed the work in very quick order. Justin left the area clean and was very nice to work with. I would certainly use him again in the future.

I had another plumbing company come out to figure out where the leak in my shower was coming from, it had leaked down onto the dining room ceiling below. The guy diagnosed it as a shower valve issue and quoted me $1400 to fix it, including cutting into my tile and installing a custom remodel plate. I had already called Time Plumbing and Anthony was scheduled to come the next day so I decided to get another quote and waited for him. I tried asking him over the phone if he would give me a quote for the work I described, but he said he needed to see it and diagnose it himself first. I was a little bothered by this, thinking he was just trying to get the call out fee from me....but I'm so glad I still had him come out.

Anthony took his time, went through several more steps than the other guy, and finally diagnosed the problem as a cracked gooseneck for the shower head. A $10 part. I'm so grateful that he didn't pay any attention to what the other plumber had said and instead came to his own conclusion. He saved me over a grand. Not only that, but he was very professional and polite, and he cleaned up after himself very well.

The person on the phone who scheduled me was also the most friendly person I've ever talked to at a plumber/electrician/etc. I'm going to continue using Time whenever I need a plumber. The pricing was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Justin arrived within a few hours of calling on a Sunday. He explained the issue and gave us several options. One of those options was something we could do ourselves. We followed his suggestion and got the problem fixed without spending more than the service fee, which was also reasonable. We'll probably need to replace the part in question eventually, and will definitely call Time Plumbing again.
