Awful experience, I had a formal appointment to fix a heater and he call me 30 minutes before the appointment took place to request payment even before even getting there, with an awful attitude, because he wanted cash or check immediately and I was like well that's not gonna be possible , the he said then you can find someone else and hangup on me, 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT ! what kind of company does that? I'm extremely disappointed since it was an urgent matter, now I have to find someone else, I bet the reviews are fake, because no one would want to work with someone like that, literally the poorest customer service I've ever experience, DO NOT LOOSE YOUR TIME, FIND SOMEONE RELIABLE.
