I called Doctor-Fix-It for a plumbing issue and an electrical problem and both of the people who came to help were personable, knowledgeable, and timely. Just a great experience.

Very professional.
Total replacement of furnace and A/C was completed in a timely manner. Service technician were friendly, professional and thorough.
They forgot to re-light the pilot on the hot water tank, but other than that, a GREAT job.

Have used Doctor Fix-It services twice now, had issues with our furnace, which was not turning on. Come to find out, furnace had not been serviced in a very long time. Called to schedule an appointment and was scheduled that same day. Danny H. was super helpful and professional, was able to get our heater going the same day. We also needed assistance with electrical projects around our home, specifically changing a dryer outlet that was very old and outdated. Brian C was great to work with, not only did he change the outlet but also was kind enough to help us set up our dryer. He went above and beyond in helping us get estimates on our other projects, he was very honest and hardworking. Both of these technicians were true professionals.

Couldn't ask for better service. Ryan with Dr. Fix helped us with a floor drain issue we had in our laundry room, which I thought might be a clogged drain. He was able to fix it in just minutes and didn't try to up sell me on any services that weren't needed. Very honest...I so appreciate that. He was also very kind and professional. SCAM ARTISTS! Do not use them. I got one of their "free consultations" for my dripping but still working water heater. The consultation consisted of the technician taking one quick look at my water heater (didn't touch it), and quickly walking out of the room into my kitchen to start typing up a quote for my brand new tankless $7,000 water heater he wanted to sell me and happen to have with him in his work van. This replacement was urgent he said. This water heater was ready to blow up any day now! Not to worry though, If i didn't want to buy a brand new tankless he had a 50 gallon for $3,300 also in his truck he could get right to work on. Under normal circumstances I may have believed him but I didn't because his urgency seemed so unnatural and like a true dirty salesman. I made an excuse to not insult him and sent him packing.

Instead I had a buddy come look and completely fixed all the dripping for 2 trips to home depot and $14. Its literally working perfect again for days now. Below is the broken part that needed replaced for $14.

Doctor fix-it-pluming is out to rip you off and not actually fix anything. They should change their business name to "sell you high end water heaters". I'm not even sure they are qualified to fix anything. They are salesman not technicians. Do not call them whatever you do. Find someone honest about home repair instead.Also even if I did need one which I don't, you can buy a water heater at Sears for $500 people! Who needs Dr rip off to charge you $3,300-??!!

Before the technician even arrived at my home I was impressed with the company. The introductory email they sent letting me know who would be arriving at my home was really appreciated and was done in very good taste. I was not disappointed when William G showed up to assist me with the issues I had going on at my home. I believe he went above and beyond what anyone would have expected and I am incredibly pleased with Doctor fix it. I would feel comfortable recommending you to anyone and will do so. We needed a couple extra electrical circuits with outlets for a home office in the basement. Will was the service technician and did a great job. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. We are so glad to have found Doctor Fix-it. Everyone we work with from the office staff to the field techs have been amazing.

Very satisfied with the availability and response. He was very knowledgeable on what to and remedied my frozen pipe. Would definitely refer them to my friend and family for any needs they handle

Will has been awesome to work with! He basically gutted my existing (very poorly run) electrical in my condo. Total overhaul. He knew exactly what to do and worked well with me to make sure everything got done well and in proper timing with the rest of my renovation project. Really appreciate him and Dr. Fix It!
