Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and they were able to come out first thing the next morning which I was very happy about but that was the only positive part of the experience.

The technician told me we need 5k in work done to repair the unit in which I responded if we need a full "rebuild" as he called it we would likely look at replacing the whole unit. At this point he told me we would also have to replace our A/C unit. This is when the red flags went up for me.

He informed me he was unable to provide me an estimate for a replacement and we would need to speak with a project manger. That was no problem for us but when I asked if we could get that scheduled for a time when myself and husband could be there he responded "yes but if I schedule this appointment for you are you going to be ready to pull the digger and get the work done"'

What...how are you asking me if I'm ready to commit to a multi thousand dollar project with your company before even provided me a quote.

I told him we would likely have multiple companies come out to provide a bid as that is standard process for us when spending this type of money.

At this point he seemed annoyed and never scheduled us to meet with a project manger. In my mind I was thinking your company doesn't want to but a bid in for this work?

After having two more companies come out I now clearly understand why he never scheduled us to meet with a manger and get a quote.

The two other companies both said the unit could be repaired and never mentioned the A/C unit at all. There quotes came in within $100 of each other and were thousands less Doctor Fix it.

I feel so bad for anyone who is in a stressful situation of not having heat and falls for there manipulative and dishonest practices.

You got by $80 trip fee and thank god nothing else. I hope this review helps someone else from falling for there deception.

Ryan W came to my house for a whole house electrical inspection. He was on time, fast and efficient. He explain what he was doing, and answered all my questions.

Jack of all trades, but master of none. Was experiencing some plumbing issues, water backing up from the drains.
Doctor Fix it quotes us $16,000 and told us we needed to replace the sewer lines. We got a second opinion with Colorado sewer service inc, a specialist company, and they fixed the issue, which was just some root build up in the sewer line. Total of $350 for the fix. Doctor Fix it wants to sell you their other services, they're no specialist on plumbing and it seemed like the service men they brought out didn't really know what they were talking about. "I can't run the rooter more than twice or they'll get mad at me." Sounds suspicious...

We were really impressed with everyone we worked with at Dr. Fix It! Mike V. was our point person; he was knowledgeable, responsive, and available every step of the way. Every service technician, electrician, and office team member paid attention to every detail. We love our new system, feel safer now based on the electrical work, and overall are tremendously satisfied. We plan on using Dr. Fix It again for future projects, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had to come back and change my review about Dr Fix It. They are actually an amazing company that provides top quality service on phone or on site.

I had the pleasure meeting William Giltner who was the electrician. He fix our issue right away and explained everything to us. We had the All Star Maintenance package is for sure worth getting and goes to a great cause. I wasn't change for him to come by.

Every time anyone from the company comes out to do anything we are extremely impressed with their competence and professionalism.

I would like to thank Shane for the excellent work figuring out a HVAC issue that another company completely misdiagnosed, and Ty for helping me solve a few plumbing issues that could have gotten much worse without their support.

We purchased our home 2 years ago and, on the prepurchase home inspection, were told that our furnace and AC were 20 years old and would need replacement in the next few years. This summer, the AC did not work well and we asked Dr. Fix-it to do a total system evaluation. Once apart, it was clear that the entire system had problems and, to avoid future emergencies, we chose to replace furnace and air conditioner. Dr. Fix-it was able to schedule work for the next day. The crew arrived on time and worked for 13 hours to complete the installation. Everyone was clean, professional and courteous. All (technician, project manager, electrician, plumber, installers) explained what they were doing and why and reviewed work with us. Since installation, we've been extremely pleased with the system operation. Dr. Fix-it has communicated with us several times since to be sure that everything had been taken care of and we had no questions. We were extremely pleased with this company and this project from beginning to end. We would definitely use them for any future needed services.

Dr. fix it did an amazing job at our house. They were on time and very professional. William helped us out and solve the problem the first time.

He was very kind and understanding about having my 3 year old and 1.5 year old kids watch him do his work.
