Doctor Fix-It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric

Jay provided excellent customer service and was patient with my being in and out of calls throughout my workday from home. He was able to quickly identify the issue as not being kitchen sink drain related but rather with the line that ran up into the pull-down faucet. In addition he explained some additional measures that could alleviate at least one of the factors contributing to the kitchen sink issue and some problem areas elsewhere in our plumbing throughout our new home. We signed up for the monthly service as they were incredible on the phone and in person and the fee for the plan goes to charity which is great! 10/10, amazing customer service and cannot wait to work with Jay or anyone else in the future!

I had the best experience with Scott Jay and Brandon. Each person was extremely friendly and informative. They even put up with my husband’s annoying jokes! Would not hesitate to call on Dr. fix it for my next problem.

Luis was very professional, he did a great job finding my plumbing leak and helped with a new hot water heater.

Louis and Diego came to replace our toilet. They did an excellent job and were fast. You can tell when someone knows what they were doing. Louis and Diego are professionals.

I am very pleased with the installation and information provided. When the county inspector came, he said “They (Doctor Fixit) do a very good job.”

1/27/23 update: Will from Doctor Fix-it was here yesterday to do an electrical inspection. He was prompt, thorough and professional. He answered lots of questions and by the time he left I felt very well-informed. Another succesful visit from this great company!

Dr. Fix It has done a fabulous job with plumbing, heating and AC work in my home over the last 2 years. The techs are consistently professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. You get what you pay for!

Ryan was very professional and upfront with everything that was going on. Also gave options on concerns he had if the problem were to occur again. No surprises, which is always good.

Trying to get a properly itemized invoice from them for a $10k job for insurance purposes has been impossible. It’s been almost a year of trying. Furthermore, the concrete they re-poured on my patio has degraded quickly in that year and water regularly pools on it and freezes in the winter.

Highly recommend going elsewhere if the job is big and involves sewer.

I really enjoyed my experience with Doctor Fix It! We had a number of issues due to our property management company's negligence (Bungalow by the way, cannot discourage people enough from using them) but we had both Scott Munson and Patrick Cottam-Rhine who not just fixed the original problems they were called for, but identified multiple other very serious issues and insisted they be addressed. They both went above and beyond their job to advocate for us to get the maintenance we desperately needed, and we appreciate them so much!! Doctor Fix It as a company also did a great job confirming appointment times with us, keeping us informed about changes/processes/etc., and being comforting and personable (such as sending photos of who would arrive so we felt confident letting them into our home). I highly recommend!

Brian did work on our electrical to bring it up to code. He had lots of challenges but kept at it until it was working properly. Very good job and professional approach!! Not happy with Dr. Fix-it - did not schedule job in a timely manner.
