Phenomenal work in quality and speed accomplishing two mammoth projects in a day each. They installed a huge, high efficient furnace/AC system in a single day. Then they rebuilt a whole residential sewer system in one day. Almost like digging a Grand Canyon and filling it in, in one day.

After living in my house 5+ years my fixture just fell out of ceiling I have home warranty however they were taking long to send a repair company so I called doctor fix it and they sent someone in less then hour the tech Rodney was super friendly and professional and got it fixed for me same day super impressed and happy with service 😀

Gerry from this company was great, he was able to assess a gas line issue that wasn't up to code from the previous owners of the house and able to fix the same week. He was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend this company to others with Plumbing, HVAC and other repairs/updates.

Flexible scheduling includes evening hours, which was very much appreciated so I didn't have to waste a personal day waiting around for a contractor to show up. Terrific communication and coordination throughout the process too, so there weren't any surprises.

Doctor Fix it was helpful as they were able to schedule the next day and get things completed quickly. We had our AC, furnace and Water Heater replaced by them. However, after city inspection we needed more work done and had ongoing issues.

Additionally, the woman that does scheduling/answers phones is very rude. I believe her name is Jamie. Her customer service skills are lacking and she always has to have the last word. She made me feel very dismissed and inferior when trying to ask questions, clarify and schedule. We won’t use Doctor Fix It again because of her.

Excellent service, very thorough work and follow up. The techs cover their shoes, friendly to the pets and they know how to explain the issues to you without complicating things.

I had a breaker box replaced and have had nothing but dishonesty throughout the whole process. When I let the owner know (Megan Doser) I felt as if it was not a big issue what was going on in my home. I have to continue with this company since I have a 2 year checkup on my furnace. picture below I was told this wiring came out of my home. When I questioned the technician about it he became very rude and confontational.

Maybe I was extremely unlucky, but they cancelled appointments on me 2 times in a row the day of the appointment after I had scheduled everything around them showing up. The first one I scheduled over a month in advance, and got a call saying they had to cancel and reschedule 30 min before arrival. OK so we schedule a week and a half later, again to cancel the day of. If you are short staffed don't book more than you can handle. Or at a minimum tell me before the day of that people are out sick.
