From the first call with Michael Lombritto I knew we were in good hands. He was responsive throughout the process, communications were sent for each team member coming on-site, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Their was an existing issue with the duct work that needed to be addressed, and they were able to acccomodate a warranty call within a day. Proffesional and competitively priced.

This place has gone downhill fast over the years. I initially gave 5 stars over 4 years ago. Now, I can barely give 1. The icing on the cake occurred last week. Sit down and hold on for this one folks:

I was getting quotes for hanging a Nest camera and replacing an old hot water heater. Thinking I'd be around $4 grand for both, boy, I couldn't be more off the mark. The price for the hot water heater came in at over 12 grand. The light was priced at over 7 folks ... yes, thousand. When I asked why they were so high, they immediately explained that this price was discounted and that I could only go with this price if I hired both the electrician and plumber at the same time. Here's something I hope the owner or his/her representative do if they read this review. Teach your employees some ethics! Here's why ... when the electrician told me that the whole home surge protector I had was garbage, I told him "That was interesting because you guys installed it last year!"

Dr. fix it attempted to rob me today. Quoted me $8000 to repair a furnace and that it would be $7200 to replace it instead. I agreed and while they were on the way with a new furnace I cleaned the flame sensor and it works good as new. Shame on this company and their commission structure.

William G. did electrical work for us from new fixture installation to wiring for new closet installation throughout our home. He can be trusted. William was focused on helping us find the right fixtures and getting the best possible results for us. William treated our home like it was his home! We will call him again and highly recommend him.

Reliable. They are not cheap but what Good plumber is? You have to pay for quality. They did a lot of work here and 🤞🏼The leak is gone. Rustin and Eric are real pro’s. Busy af but efficient, kind, and professional. I would recommend this company to fam and friends. Im glad it didnt turn out to be a Tipp*** Hat kind of deal. I was worried when they had to come back but its all good.

My friend saw the Dr Fix It truck in front of his widowed 64 year old neighbor. He wanted to check in on her, so he stopped in while they were inspecting her furnace. She was told by them that she needed a new furnace, the one she had couldn't be fixed. She was told it would cost $21,000, but when she looked surprised, they brought the price down to $17,500 (within 5 minutes of the first quote). So my friend advised her to tell the Dr Fix It techs to leave so he could talk to her. He advised her to get a second opinion, so a reputable, licensed HVAC expert was called. He flipped the switch back on in her electrical box, (the main reason her furnace was not starting). Then he replaced a single part that was corroded. Total cost for the visit, parts and labor? $450. Don't use Dr Fix It. They overcharge and push customers to fix or replace things that don't need it, that's why they can afford all the TV commercials!

Our furnace went out during recent frigid arctic cold snap. (Does it ever happen at any other time?) I had Dave Logan's local business recommendation book & contacted Dr Fixit. Michael Lombritto came out & became our Project Manager for furnace replacement. That same day, Julian Estrada & his assistant Cade installed our new furnace. Michael was very thorough in answering our questions & providing affordable options. Julian & Cade were prompt, courteous & did a fantastic job on installation. We had a family emergency in the middle of install & both men returned early next day to complete task. Very happy with our choice of company. They even submitted my rebate for eneregy-efficient furnace purchase-that's great custimer service!

Chris and Tony were quick to respond to the call that the furnace wasn’t working properly, turns out the ducts need replacing as they were no longer connected to the vents. They were efficient and professional in the installation of new ducts in the attic. Thank you, I appreciate your work and response to the situation. Hopefully the heating bill will be much less next month.
