Doctor Fix-It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric

A few weeks ago I had to call Doctor Fix It for a water leak. When they arrived, I knew I'd be taken care of. I've called plumbers before for help, but Dr Fix It was by far one of the best plumbers. Their service, timelines and professionalism is unmatched. Patrick made sure everything was handled and taken care of and now have a plumber I can trust. If you need to ever use their services, I highly recommend!!
Update to last review:. Recently, I had to use Dr Fix It again for an electrical issue I had. It did not surprise me that the quality of service given was just as extraordinary when I needed a plumber for a prior service call. Cesar did excellent work and was highly informative. Additionally, his professionalism and timeliness for the job to be completed was done quickly which I highly appreciate.
It's good and reassuring to know that Dr Fix It cares about it's customers and goes above and beyond. I still highly recommend and if I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would.

Kudos to Brent who got my HVAC system running correctly and explained how to use it. I really appreciate his clear explanation as this system was installed last August and I was never clear on how to program the thermostat and change the filters. Before he left, Brent made sure that I understood everything. Thanks.

We were having insulation put in our attic when the tech noticed some burnt wires. I called Dr. Fix it and they had an electrician out within the hour to check it out and make sure my family was safe. Thank you for the fast response and reassuring words that we didn't need to spend more money.

Everyone we dealt with at this company was friendly and kind. They were straightforward and honest with us, even found a small gas leak we didn’t know we had! Jose and Julian were such gentleman and went above and beyond! The whole crew was awesome!

Michael first came in and gave us a good assessment with all our options of what we needed done. He was great and very helpful. Jose Camacho gave us a solid quote and then the installation team of Miguel and Tony did a great job. William Giltner did a good job supporting with the electrical. Teia, the technician sent to do my electric evaluation was great. She was thorough, professional and courteous. She answered all my questions and was a good communicator.

Our 100 year old home with its terrible electrical finally gave out. Rodney was able to come help us on a Sunday night and make sure our heater was able to run through the night before coming to redo all our electrical the following days. Rodney was absolutely amazing! He was great at communicating with us, always punctual and respectful of the home. He really went above and beyond making sure everything was taken care of for us. We will absolutely request Rodney back with any future electrical needs. Thank you so much, Rodney!

I had 3 toilets rebuilt & a water line to my refrigerator replaced. Plus new pipes replaced in my basement bathroom. He was very professional, very nice to me, my 3 grandson’s ages 3 & under & my dog. He explained everything & showed me everything before he left. He asked me numerous times if I had any questions and I truly appreciate his patience with the situation I was in. If I could give him 100 stars I would have. Thank you so much Frank.

Scott was amazing!! He quickly fixed our HVAC issue and helped me install a new thermostat. Would highly recommend this company and would love to work with Scott again.
