Had a service inspection done. Very reasonable price and thorough report. Our technician 's only recommendation was to have our air ducts cleaned. We booked the cleaning that day for a future date at a discounted price. He also explained everything that was done and the future air duct cleaning process and changed our furnace filter. Our furnace is in a crawl space, so changing the filter is not fun. Overall very happy with the service. We had our air ducts cleaned at the recommendation of the technician who did our furnace inspection. The job was done to our satisfaction with an improvement in furnace efficiency, seemed like much better air flow, and when we saw the pictures of what they took out of the vents, much better air quality, I am sure! They were very efficient and did a good clean up. Only small complaint was some scratches on our washer downstairs, going to try some scratch remover, which they said to let them know if that didn't work and they would see what they could do to help fix the scratches. Overall very happy with the work.

Mike came to our house from doctor fixit and said we need a 2.5 ton unit and 2 months later our house is still hot runs all day and night got a different company to come out they said it should have been a 4 ton unit. Don't go through them they are just after your money called them and nothing is being done now i have to go through better business to get the unit out of my house with a refund. They are going to under size your house the company that came out showed me the what the city's of Westminster calls for the house and it calls for a 4 ton unite doctor fixit does not know what they are talking about do not go with this company you will be sorry. It took all summer to get it to where it is now and still does not work right.

William was on time, professional and very thorough. Very pleasant to work with. Took the time to discuss details. Very personable and knowledgeable. Dr Fix it has done electrical, HVAC, water heater work in both of my homes and the work is always top notch. Their staff is GREAT!

We had a new sink and garbage disposal installed. It went smoothly and Jay Parker did an incredible job of not only those installs but updating the piping under the sink that was over 25 years old. He cleaned up the area very nicely and explained all he was going to do before hand and then performed all he said he would do. I highly recommend Doctor Fix-It Techs and service. I used a competing service to updater our water softener system and they left a big mess saying, "That happens when you work with water." I won't use them again.

I've had 3 different plumbers from Dr Fixit take care of all the plumbing issues in my home and each provided excellent service. I asked alot of questions and each did not hesitate to educate me about my concerns.
Also any additional problem I brought up was taken care of on the spot, I was not put off to have this additional need be addressed at a different appointment. The 3 plumbers i would highly recommend are Luis Urguiza, Frank Santilli & master plumber Eli Easter.
I learned so much from these 3, they are patient, professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring people.
The services were:hot water heater installed, water softener unit removed, 4 faucets repaired/replaced, sump pump installed, whole house water purification system installed, and, finally, Eli was able to address a problem with the outside outlets not working. Along the line I learned so much from these 3 professionals I highly recommend them.
Can't forget customer service...everyone I had dealings was courteous, helpful and professional.

I had a water heater installed along with some plumbing work a few years ago.
So called them again when my furnace went out just after Christmas 2021. They were able to come out that same afternoon. The tech was informative and searched for parts but since the furnace was no longer made and had been installed by a different company incorrectly and parts were no longer made. Bottom line I had a new furnace and AC unit in less than 3 days later. I really appreciated the texts and the bit of background and photo that was included in the texts when they were on their way.
Everyone was great! Danny H., Michael V, Julian E.(Raiders Fan) Noah and the 3rd tech (can't recall his name) were quiet, informative and patient when I was curious about the progress. Everything was explained thoroughly to my satisfaction. My questions were answered. They cleaned up after themselves and even swept up some dog hair from the labs I have.
I will be calling them when I need to replace my electrical panel, but I will wait for warmer weather for that since they were installing furnace and AC when the weather was in the teens.

Jose, Ulises, Robert and Ben from Doctor Fix-It just last week installed our new HE Furnace & AC. They went above and beyond my expectations. Jose diagnosed problems, Ulises explained the options in great detail and was very patient in educating me about the newer HVAC tech. Our house was built in 1994, and we’ve been bandaiding it the last few years and wasting a lot of $$. An energy audit a month back was done and Jose & Ulises confirmed what was already known and then some. Other companies gave me the run around; they did not!

The next day they replaced our HVAC system and were very thorough in ensuring it was a nice, clean, proper installation. Robert and Ben were fantastic in every way, and very good at explaining things throughout the day and further educating me as they worked..

At the end of the day, I feel it was a smart decision going with Doctor Fix-It - and I had a lot of bids and other input. But knowing we had a safe and secure heating and cooling system backed by them and Fridgadaire is a huge weight off of my shoulders.

Our home has never been ‘cooler’ and this winter I know will be warmer and I highly recommend them and Doctor Fix-It as a company overall.

We chose Doctor Fix-It 3 years ago and have been extremely satisfied with their products and services. We purchased our Aprilaire furnace, air conditioner and humidifier and the team installed it all in an extremely clean and professional manner.

Recently we purchased a whole home surge protection system and installed Gfci protection receptacles for bathrooms and laundry room. The pricing was reasonable and Rodney, the electrician, was excellent!

We also purchased a Whole Home High Efficient Water Softener System and replaced old cast iron sewer pipes in crawl space with new ABS pipes. Eli was our technician and his experience and knowledge were impressive! He worked for 2 days and was excellent at communicating what I needed to know about the softener system. He also sent additional pictures and information through email. Doctor Fix-It's yearly service plan is the best!
