After waiting an entire day for a competitor which never showed up, we called this company to repair our . Within 30 mins of the call a repairman came (who we later found out was the owner). Honest, quick repair within 30 mins done. He gave us a handout with a summary of some larger issues for later but did not gouge us. We appreciated the honesty, friendliness and efficiency at resolving our issue.
