Builder's Heating & Air Conditioning

One year ago, called Builder's Heating and A/C for what I thought was a compressor problem. Turns out it was only the cooling fan, but the tech didn't have the right one. Used a different brand. One year later the compressor failed. Certainly COULD be unrelated, but an undersized fan MAY have exacerbated the problem. The tech also tried to sell maintenance services at high prices. Told me my A/C drain tube was blocked and wanted $50 to clean it (it was not blocked). Probably won't do business with these folks again.

These guys are great. Their customer service is outstanding, prices are very good and the quality of work it top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I highly recommend them. Oh, and they guarantee parts and labor for 10 years!
