With the weather getting colder, it was important to get our heater repaired. My husband called them and they were VERY fast to come out and fix it. I appreciated that they didn't try to upsell us. The repairman was very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I will definitely use them again in the future!

We made an appt between 11-2 today to fix an issue with our AC. No one showed during that window. We called multiple times to get an updated ETA and finally received a realistic ETA (which was 3:30 today) I decided to try to diagnose and fix the AC myself. While I was outside I missed their call at 3pm and they cancelled the appointment without any follow-up or call to the backup phone I provided. Would not recommend this company. The techs might be good (we'll never know), but the customer service was very poor and they were extra pushy trying to sign us up with an annual service agreement. Lastly, they were indifferent to us writing a bad review so here you go.
