We are very grateful to Altitude Heating and Air for fixing our evaporative cooling system. On the hottest days of the year, we've never been cooler. We've lived in our home for 7 years and this is the most comfortable we've felt during the summer months. The customer service was especially exceptional. We felt cared for and appreciate that level of service.

Very customer focused and easy to do business with. They took the time to help me figure out what type of heating and air system would be best for our house. Ryan and Zach were very meticulous when they installed the new furnace and AC and the follow up has been more than I expected. Definitely made the right decision going with Altitude.

Be careful!!! One of the employees was not being covid safe, tried to touch my sister for no reason (tell me why any employee is trying to hug people over there water heater? and walked around the house without asking and used the bathroom For 15 minutes. Then when the issue wasn’t fixed the manager/owners ghosted the customer and basically stole their money. Wasn’t cheap and when a new company was called they said we were over charged for the part and service for what needed to be done. Don’t let your family alone in the situation and be careful for this scam!!!

My AC went out, I called at 9 pm and left a message. Got a return call in a few minutes! They didn't have an opening for the next day but said they would call if they had a cancellation. They ended up being able to come out late the next morning. Camden was the service tech. He was friendly, did a great job, and was very courteous. He represented his company well and I definitely recommend Altitude Comfort.

Needed service for two Trane HVAC units in my home. Called my usual contractor and the wait was over 45 days...not acceptable. Checked reviews on a number of sites and noticed Altitude Comfort stood out above the crowd. Made a reservation on line for the following day. Ryan the tech arrived 5 minuted AHEAD of schedule, was courteous and professional. All systems checked out fine and he left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. Very impressed - - will use again!

The company responded promptly for an estimate. Zach did a great job explaining the difference in the various furnace and AC models. He provided a thorough explanation of the service the company provides and left a detailed estimate. While we did not proceed with a contract for a new AC/Furnace at this time, when we do this company will definitely be one that is considered for our installation and then continued maintenance.

Found out my air conditioning had stopped working when I got home last night. I called around to find a company that could get someone to the house early enough in the morning that I wouldn't be late for work. Robin at Altitude was nice enough to get me an early appointment so I wouldn't be late for work.

James did a very good job. He worked quickly but was still very thorough in checking everything out. He got the A/C fixed and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. He even changed the filter in my furnace since I'd forgotten to do it and the filter was pretty gross. Thanks much to both Robin and James.

Altitude Comfort Heating and Air are the best! They worked to get me the best pricing and recommended the proper equipment for my home, not something I didn't need. The staff from sales to the end of installation were stellar. They are knowledgeable, super easy to work with, respectful, and kind. I will always use them for future heating and cooling needs.

Where do I start? These guys are amazing. I have been in my current home for 3 summers now. And after talking to my neighbors they told me the past owner refilled the system with refrigerant for the last 5 years before I moved in. I called Mike (he is the best Hvac guy I have ever worked with), and instead of just charging the system he looked into what the issue was. He fixed the problem for $300 and my unit is running great. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Very reasonable pricing but I would pay double for their service.
